Gave me a goodie bag for my daughter and made sure I was in a safe truck named “Sophie” !! So sweet will always use her when I need a uhaul or storage !!!”

“Over the years I have used many storage facilities in various areas. The East Penn Self Storage in Center Valley has been the best! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They really know how to treat customers like family. They were as nice on the way out as on the way in. The units themselves are clean, dry, and well maintained. The electronic security gate never gave me a problem. Opened the first time, every time.I will be relocating soon, and nowhere near this part of the state, but that is the only reason I left.”

The owners were always very nice and professional to work with. What I was most impressed with was the cleanliness of the facility and their attention to the property.”
“Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.”

“Working with Kandice and her team at Lock Tight has been a pleasure. We have been storing on this lot for 7+ years. When Lock TIght took over from the original owners in 2019 or 2020 the difference has been notable. New Gates, Security System, New Gravel, all new spots created ( camper storage). We used them also for a year or so for a unit and we NEVER had a problem. What a difference they made. Kandice is very responsive with any questions. I would / do highly recommend using them for storage. Thanks for the piece of mind Lock Tight, it has been a long and worry free journey.”
