Absolutely the WORST banking experience EVER I hate dealing with this bank. They do NOT except checks, they do NOT except CASH what the hell do you do but raise my bp??? Take your money elsewhere this place SUCKS

Nothing but issues with deposits and wire transfers. Avoid this bank if you need to use those features often.

No teller service anymore. Half the time you can't make cash bank deposits on the ATM,I'm forced to drive across to another town to make deposits no convenience.

It’s truly not nice to leave your customers hanging. I made an inquiry on two separate occasions, was told I would get a call back both times. No one ever reached out especially with such a pressing matter. I do not recommend anyone to bank with them.

Used to be good, but they switched to all digital and cashless, which is ridiculous for a bank. You're better off just going online.

This is the WORST bank in the Lehigh Valley. (PNC Emmaus Avenue, Allentown Pa) It should be closed because it is basically a glorified ATM. It does have employees that can open an account for you but that is all they can do. So if you are doing any banking at this branch they just sit around watching. The foyer area is packed with people waiting do access an ATM and they just sit there doing nothing. If the bank is doing this to save money, they should just close this branch and leave the ATM and don't call it a bank branch because it is not. The person running this branch should be fired for letting this go on.

Will be switching banks after 6 years of my husband and I banking here, would rather have a bank that can help with transactions in town rather than having to drive 15 minutes away to deposit a check. Literally just a building to hold the atm at this point.

I would give zero stars if I could. Charged a monthly fee of $7 for a branch I can only use the atm??? Wawa is across the road with PNC atms. Guess they needed my $ to keep that monstrosity of a building open, if only for financial advice.

I have had to go to the lobby for help on 3 occasions recently. Each time I received assistance beyond what I even asked for. PNC has always been there when I need them. I recommend them to anyone I can.

No teller service or cash at this location. They told me to go to the pnc the next town over. Why would I drive to the next town when there is 3 other banks in that town. Think it's just best to switch banks. Then I don't have to drive out of my way to use teller service.
