Just rescued my dog and he was shaggy looking. Made an appointment at planet doggywood with Theresa. For never knowing how he would do she worked amazing with him. She took him from being gross dirty and shaggy to being cleaned up and looked amazing. I can’t be more thankful for it. Definitely will be going back to her again. Thank you so much.

Brought my dog here twice. The first time eh, they did not want to cut his tail, looked weird. Went back the second time, cut is much better. But both times they did a lousy job on his nails. His nails are sharper now than they were before he went there. I’ll be taking my dog to another place that’s way cheaper as well.

I had a very bad experience with this groomer earlier this month. The groomer I had was a very young girl. She was too young to have any real grooming experience. She got my dog bathed and dried but then she called me to tell me she couldn't finish him and I had to go pick him up. When I got there he was sitting in a crate with an improperly fitted collar around his neck. You are supposed to be able to get two fingers under a dog collar. I couldn't get any finger under the collar it was way too tight. He was terrified of the groomer. He would not come out of the crate until he had a straight path to me. I was able to find a truly experienced groomer elsewhere and my dog had a successful grooming experience yesterday. Based on my recent experience with Planet Doggywood think twice before you leave your dog with them.

I wanted to try this place and it had mixed reviews but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. We had my dog was there for three hours and return back to my boyfriend and I half shaven. THEN CHARGED 90 BUCKS for an unfinished service. They did not offer to finish him later in the day or the next day. My dog is 10 months old, but very well behaved for his age so I did not see any reason as to why they wouldn't even offer to finish his haircut. When I called for a refund after my boyfriend explaining the situation to me, the owner stated she overheard the groomer charge us this amount knowing the condition our animal was in, but didn't intervene. From what we understand is that this business owner is okay with employing "independent contractors" and not standing up for her business and the prices she sets. I was quoted for $110 for nails, bath, ear cleaning and haircut. Not $90 for my dogs back to be shaved. Very poorly run and I will not be taking my animal back here ever.
