I have gone to this place about 5 or 6 times this past year and I’ve absolutely loved the guy who has done them every time. The last two times I have gotten an older lady and I wasn’t fully pleased with how the nails looked the first time she did them, but overall I still liked them and went on with my life. I had gone back again, and had gotten the same lady from the previous time and I had just gotten a normal refill. Every time I had gone, the price for a refill has been $45, except this last time the lady charged me $53. I didn’t say anything as I just figured maybe the prices went up, but the price is still listed on the board as $45 for refills for gel. I am very upset with how the price went up based on who I have as a nail tech.Service: Acrylic nails

I used to come here more frequently but I had an unsatisfactory experience this time. I made an appointment with Lina over the phone, but when I got there, Lina was busy and directed me to someone else.I had been growing out my nails for a few months so I could just get gel and avoid damaging my nails with the acrylics. However, when I got there, they shaved down my nail so much that I felt that I had to get acrylics for longer nails. Even that was okay, because I just wanted longer nails. However, the nail tech cut the acrylics before showing me and made them at almost the same height as my natural nail. If that was the case I could’ve just kept my natural nail!!! I was just really upset about this mostly because I wanted longer nails for my birthday.The design I asked for was a bit complicated which is why I asked for Lina, but I understand that it was hard. I asked if they’ve done the design before and they said yes. However, halfway into the process they told me the nails are going to be similar but not exactly what I wanted. I wish they could’ve told me that in the beginning so I could’ve changed my mind about which design I wanted and picked an easier one that I would be happy with if this one was hard to achieve. The design was similar, but I wish they told me all of this ahead of time.I did not mind paying $100 for the services and I feel bad leaving a low review because everyone was very nice, but now I have short nails that are different from what I wanted when I would have been fine just picking a different design.

I have gone to most nail salons in the Lehigh valley and this is my absolute favorite! They are always so friendly and welcoming. My schedule is pretty unpredictable but they always fine a way to work with it and squeeze me in even with short notice. I always get dip nails and they do absolutely gorgeous work. The nails last until I get them changed with never any breaking or chipping and I am not easy on my nails!

I just moved to the area a couple months ago and I wanted to get my nails done for the holiday. Such a friendly atmosphere. All the workers were so nice and you could tell they cared about their customers whether they were regulars or first timers like me. This will not be my last time here!

This place is amazing clean relaxing and with nice music . I called and the young guy take me right away . He did such a beautiful job to my nails . I recommend this place 100% so happy the way he did my nails I was blessed . Be back again definitely
