Very pleasant and friendly. The staff goes above and beyond their duties to ensure you get your prescriptions. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and kind. Tip: the OTC stock is not what you see in chain stores. That won't change my mind, I get that stuff at Walmart anyway because it's much cheaper.

"Macungie Community Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air! After struggling with other pharmacies, we found them to be incredibly attentive and efficient. This pharmacy is beyond amazing! After having problem after problem with other pharmacies and our own insurance company the staff here got our situation taken care of like it was nothing. A special shout out to Brittney who worked on this as if we were their only patients. She called the original pharmacy, our Doctor as well as our insurance company to ensure we would get what we needed. I am amazed that this "Mom and Pop" business out performed the big chains. I cannot say enough good things about the rest of the staff and Bill (the owner) who took personal interest with our needs. I can only imagine the satisfaction of long time patients who have been with them for a longer period. Keep up the good, NO, GREAT work . Thank you again, so very much !!

They are truly a part of the community and make you feel apart of it as well. I didn’t know service and care like this still existed. I have been missing out. They have what I need in stock and make sure I am taken care of each time. Even to stay late for me to grab my prescriptions at the end of the day. Box stores don’t cut it, Macungie Community Pharmacy all the way.

With our first prescription Bill stayed until the clock almost struck six as he quickly processed our prescription and had it ready for us.
They actually speak to clients and are nice to you. You will love them. We do!

After 2 pharmacies not being able to fill my Rx, I googled pharmacy near me and Macungie Community pharmacy came up. I called and Becky was very friendly and helpful! She said they could fill my Rx within minutes, and she was right! I arrived there and everyone working was so welcoming and friendly! They had my medicine ready for me within 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. Best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! Will be using them as my regular pharmacy from now on!

When my husband and I were both ill and couldn't drive to get our meds, Bill had them delivered twice and said not to worry about paying until later. I said, "But Bill, you have to make a living!" and he laughed.
I made a special trip to meet Bill and his staff (and pay). This indeed is a good old fashioned pharmacy! Bill even sometimes suggests less expensive alternatives! The big chain pharmacies don't even come close. Let's support our local businesses!

Best pharmacy experience I've had. I am no more dealing with Riteaids, Walgreens, CVS, or any of the other big guys. Always very helpful and treated with much respect with urgency. I drive out of my way to to specify go there and pass no less then 4 other pharmacies on the way.

These good folks specialize in old fashioned customer service. They really went out of their way to get a great price for me on a very expensive prescription when my insurance wouldn’t pay. Amazing! They beat the chains like CVS hands down.
