We have used Cloud 9 Pet Retreat for almost a decade for boarding, doggie daycare, and groomer and have been nothing but impressed. The facility is clean, the staff is super sweet and caring, and my dogs get excited when I mention doggie daycare! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently boarded my cat and Dog here and had a fantastic experience! They are very affordable and super accommodating, I will definitely be using them for boarding again in the future!

Amazing place that takes great care of our corgi, Winston. We know that we don't have to worry about him when we go on trips anymore because the staff at Cloud Nine takes such good care of him. We appreciate seeing updates here and there during his stay on their Facebook page. We love our dog dearly, and do not trust anyone with his care. We would recommend Cloud Nine to any pet owner!

Best boarding for our poodle. They actually offer grooming and baths before you pick ip your dog. The floors in the boarding areas are heated by radiant heat. A luxury for an animal

I called two months prior to board my dog for the thanksgiving holiday so we can travel to family out of state. I was asked to provide my vets number which I did and I was asked to direct my vet to give cloud 9 my dogs vaccine records. Cloud 9 pulled the records 4 days before thanksgiving and I was told that he was missing the influenza vaccine (out of the 6 that are required) which is series of 2 shots over a 2 weeks so now we can't board the dog. If they would have pulled the records when I called then I would have plenty of time get this done but their unprofessionalism left no time for this. For the price they charge I would have expected more. They offered no help in resolving this and just pretty much a "you're on your own" and "this is all your fault". I would recommend looking elsewhere for your boarding services as if something goes wrong they don't seem like they care enough to help out.

Clean and well kept place. The people were nice and welcoming. We did do a day care a couple times and this all went smoothly. We boarded our dog for 3 days and he seemed happy and well when we picked him up.

We always bring our dog here when traveling to points north of Philadelphia. Great place, always comes back happy and healthy. They treat dogs well here and he gets to hang in the countryside, gets a bath, nails trimmed and makes pup friends when we’re out of town. 10/10

My 14 month old dog stayed there for 8 days 6/24-7/3 and before that he did a one day evaluation . On 7/27 he did daycare, I was told on 7/27 that there was an episode where he showed aggression towards the groomer; which is terrible. But at the same time they downplayed the incident and was laughing while telling me the story about their groomer. But what makes me very upset is instead of telling me or sending me an email right after I picked him up on July 27 that he wasn't welcomed back, so I can make arrangements in the future; they decide to tell me he's not welcomed back today September 15th when reached out to them for emergency boarding tomorrow. . Please communicate better in the future with your clients., they deserve it, especially for what they pay for boarding and tipping. Please before you respond remember this: I'm not mad my dog isn't welcomed back I'm upset you waited almost 2 months to tell me.

We had taken our little Willow to Cloud Nine in May and she was well taken care of. I loved the pictures during the day to see her happy face when she wasn't picture shy. I highly recommend Cloud nine and their excellent staff. We certainly will be using them again and again.

we were pleased with the service. As a first time customer and an older dog, it would’ve been exceptional service to receive a phone call for the first day with a little report. Hint hint for the owner to have the employees do this definitely would be a repeat customer .

Only place I will board my dogs. They are the best in a 10 mile radius. Amazing. Very fortunate to have them close to home.
