“Five Stars for Valley Park Apartments in Bethlehem, PA!

I was absolutely flabbergasted by my first phone call to Valley Park Apartments. From India, I spoke with Erika for 18 minutes. She was incredibly kind, patient, and provided detailed assistance on the application process and document uploading. Her phenomenal support, especially for international residents like me, made a world of difference.

During the application process, I had multiple interactions with Zach. He’s a fantastic person and very helpful in processing my application. Zach assisted me with uploading the necessary documents and answered every single question I had. I spoke with him more than 10 times, and each time, he helped without any hesitation, going above and beyond.

As an international resident, I’ve had bad experiences with other landlords, but Valley Park Apartments stands out for their patience and understanding. Even though my English is not perfect, they listened and assisted me with great care.

Lastly, I spoke with Terry, the property manager. She epitomizes patience and understanding. She quickly responded to my application in a positive manner.

The day I arrived and received the keys from Terry and Zach, they welcomed me with exquisite chocolate chip cookies. I hope this review reaches the senior management.

“Autumn Park apartments is a great place to live. I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious place to call home. My family and I have been here a month and we are so happy to have chosen Autumn Park. Melissa and Jim in the rental office are amazing. They are attentive and professional. They don’t ignore you once the lease is signed. During my search I read many reviews about other complex staff becoming unprofessional once the lease was signed……NOT HERE!!!! A month later, and the office staff is still professional, caring and responds quickly to my needs, questions or concerns. The application and approval process was easy and super fast. Maintenance is fast too and super friendly. My apartments is huge and affordable. I could go on and on about how great it is to live here.Now for the CONs…..because no place is perfect!!!1. You can hear your neighbors if they are extra loud, but that’s part of apartment living. 2. Grills are not allowed on the balcony (like in most places), but the complex has charcoal grills around the area and gas grills by the pool.3. the appliances and cabinets in MY apartment are out-dated, but everything works and looks decent. I specifically choose the out-dated apartment over an updated one, because I liked the location and view of my place.You may wonder why I didn’t knock a star for the cons mentioned above, simple……because the issues mentioned were not a deal breaker for us and it’s part of living in an apartment.We are perfectly happy and content in our new home.I promise to update this review if anything changes, but for now…… in my opinion RENT HERE…..You won’t regret it!”

When I was moving out (bought a house), we were given a checklist of everything that needed to be completed upon move out. We fulfilled the list and received the security deposit back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these apartments. It's a quiet community and I would live here again”
