I was using a different shop when I was living/working in a different area and they were great too...but no longer within realistic driving distance... so after some searching - I was recommended Baldauf Auto Body from a local Facebook Page a few years ago as I was new to the the area and had been rear ended taking the kids to school. I could be happier with the repair services provided by Baldauf. My car looked brand new and you could not even tell my car had been repaired. Fast forward and I had purchased a new car and was hit within the first few weeks of having new car. Since it was new, I went to the dealership body shop and had to return it multiple times for them to be able to properly match the paint of the car they sell. So when this repair was needed, there was no choice of where I was going. Same result as the first time - Car looks brand new and even buffed out a couple spots for me that needed minor attention due to my genius idea of thinking using a magic eraser on car paint was a good idea (it is not). I will never go anywhere else. Top notch from start to finish.

I can not express how happy I am with the service at Baldaufs! Every single person was kind and friendly when I spoke with them. They answered every question I had with the utmost respect. This is my first experience with them and if I ever need body work done on my car again my husband and I will definitely be returning to them! Overall best experience I have ever had when it comes to car related stuff.
