I highly recommend Gatesman Auto Body! Exceptional customer service is my “why” for this review. The team took the time to explain why my check engine light had come on along with their recommendation for the repair needed. Additionally, they allowed me ample time to ask all my questions and provided me with answers and feedback that I was able to fully understand. Every individual I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I greatly appreciate their time and patience with me!

I recently went here to have some work done on a brand new truck. When I brought it in I was told “we are going to do things the right way, we will strip the emblems, mirror, sand, and repaint the whole door”. This is what the appraisal said, this is what the slip said was done when I picked it up, and this is what I had paid for. However, the work that had been performed was not what I paid for. The section that needed touched up was masked off, threw some paint on it, and hit it with the buffer. Nothing that was on any of the paperwork that I have was done. The touch up work was ok but everything that was done is very deceitful. This will be my last visit to this place. I will continue to not recommend getting work done here.

I cannot recommend this business enough!Within an hour drive of our camping spot, not a single shop had an opening for the next two weeks. Gatesman squeezed us in that day even though they were just as busy as all of the other shops!We came in thinking we had a big fix based on some googling (we told them this). Instead exploiting out naivety to sell us this expensive fix (>$200), they quickly found that the source of the problem was much smaller and charged us only for the 30 min of their time ($30).The business was also very respectful of covid safety - which is a relief when traveling.
