“The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”

“Halfway through a 12-hour solo road trip to NY, the low oil pressure light came on in my car. It was 8:00 a.m., and I was unfamiliar with Clarion, PA. I saw the AutoZone near my hotel and drove there hopeful for some advice. An associate checked the oil level, sold me the proper oil, filled the tank - it was 2 qts low - and gently suggested that I get the oil changed once I reached my destination. I was so relieved and grateful for the kind service and professionalism afforded this clueless car owner. Thank you Clarion AutoZone!”

I took a car to Snyder's for a pre-purchase inspection last week, and they could not have been more helpful. I don't think they normally do PPI work, but they still made time for me. I was blown away by their honesty and integrity. At one point, unprompted, Spanky went off about how much it bothers him when used car salesmen take advantage of people.
