Collins remodled our kitchen and bath a couple of years ago, recently ran into a problem with a soft close drawer. They came out quickly and fixed the issue. I am really glad we went with them. They are top-notch.

Friendly staff, but not reliable at all.After over 3 months of planning, agreement on what needed done as well as receiving an estimate on my kitchen remodeling project, Collins Construction decided to just up and drop it. This occurred following some "general questions" I had for clarification such as; do cabinets have sliding shelves, can the cabinet doors they get from another company be stained, wood grade options, can I get my countertop from another business they didn’t have an account with, etc. They were just questions. The next day I get an email indicating they won't do my kitchen siting the following:"Our current project backlog is over a year, plus we do not have the manpower, experience, or the adequate machines/technology to create the kitchen that is desired"Technology....adequate machines....really? I talked over the phone with Mr. Collins the next day and addressed all his concerns and provided alternatives; but it was quite obvious, they simply wanted to back out of the project.I really do not like given negative reviews. Again, the people were very nice and kind and gave me referrals. In the end though, they did not come through on the job.I hope any future customer of Collins Constructions fairs better than I did.
