“Just bought new sneakers from ‘Terry the Chef’ at All Kinds of Fast, Phoenixville. How great is it to get customized service making adjustments to the footwear for specific needs!!! I then went to Planet Fitness and had the best walk on the treadmill I’ve ever had!! This retail outlet came highly recommended from a friend whose two sons run track. “Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! “This small business fishing store is a great place to go to if you can't find what you need at other major stores like Dick's Sporting Goods. There are a lot of fishing specialty items, such as lures or special hooks, that you just can't find at other locations. The prices seemed reasonable. The staff are also all naturally fisherman and can speak to the different fishing holes you can find nearby. I got my fishing license through them and had a good chat about their personal experiences. Everyone there was very nice and you can tell it's a cool small business. The store itself is in an area next to the 7-Eleven with a small parking lot, so if you're driving by, you may miss it. Just use the 7-Eleven as your reference. I definitely will come back again for future fishing needs.”
“Bought plenty of Streamlight products, used their service department twice. Both times, the processing and handling times were exceptional and my equipment was shipped back very quickly. For my first request, I mentioned the item had sentimental value and the technician reached out to me personally to discuss options as the flashlight could not be returned while also giving a replacement. He could have just processed the order, but instead reached out. Very pleased with their service and reliability of the products. I always opt for Streamlight equipment as an LEO.”

“This morning, I placed an online order for in store pickup for an item that was listed as “1 left in stock” and was nervous that the item may not actually be available, given that sometimes items listed as “in stock” may not be up to date or accurate. I arrived to the store within 10 minutes of their opening and since I hadn’t received an alert that my item was ready, expected to wait until it was retrieved. To my surprise, the item was ready and waiting! That means that someone in the store was hard at work filling online orders even before the doors opened. Kayla was prompt and professional and did a great job of asking for my name and confirmed my identity by asking for my ID. As a customer who has placed a lot of online orders for items to pick up in store at various stores including Target etc, it was obvious to me that she was well trained and that there was a procedure for all in-store pick-up items. I was also looking for another item which I asked her for some guidance in directing me to where I might find the item, and she happily walked me to a nearby stand where they were located, saving me loads of time. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, and very glad I was helped by Kayla, as I have a very busy day ahead. The customer service Kayla provided was 10 out of 10. In a day and age where I’ve come to expect my interactions with store staff to be lackluster and even disappointing/upsetting, this pleasant surprise really started off my Friday on a high note and made me all the more eager to enjoy the long holiday weekend. Thanks, Kayla! I really appreciate all your help this morning. Keep up the stellar work!”
