When we fell upon hard times, Kathy Dietrich worked very hard to help us get out of debt. She is one of the best bankers I have ever seen in my 42 years. I would recommend anyone who is having difficulty during covid-19 or who is looking for a good bank to try out this branch.”

Have you ever had your social security check deposited one morning and then went to make a small monetary purchase with the bank's debit card to have it declined due to insufficient funds. Yvonne kept on top of things and updated in a very timely manner about having my funds deposited back into my account.There is teller who helps me 90% of the time. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name at the moment. She goes the extra mile for me. I regret I can't remember your name!!!Everyone at the branch is pleasant and helpful. They have a very a positive attitude and always a smile.”
“I just took off one star because of a recent visit where I had an appointment for the free notary services. As members, my daughter and I have always used this service with no problems; however, when we arrived for the appointment to simply have my daughter's signature witnessed and notarized to get a copy of her father's death certificate, we were told that they no longer notarize anything other than bank-related/financial items. The person was kind enough to direct us to the nearest auto tag place to find a notary; but nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed.”

“I haven’t had any problems with Superior Credit Union. Everyone is courteous. Making transfers over the phone are a breeze. Their app is also easy to use. Recently I have closed a longtime account with another local credit union because service has gone downhill. I’m sticking with these guys.”

“I've been a member of this credit union for 20 years and it's because the customer service is amazing!! You can call and talk to an actual person who really knows the answers to your questions. I moved out of the area but can use shared branches close to home for everything. Fraud problems? Nope! They contact you with any unusual activity right away. I had a mortgage through them and NEVER had a problem. The app allows remote check deposit and secure text messaging which are responded to right away. I recently went to the Blue Bell branch and Shane was such a pro for both of the big transactions I had that day. In person, over the phone, or by secure text on the app, their customer service is unmatched. If you want the best customer service, this should be your credit union!!!”

“I really love this bank! It's one of few where they don't have a monthly fee for having accounts with them. In my most difficult of times they treated me like family and I am grateful for every fee they waver from time to time. The employees are very warm and welcoming every visit for the past year I have been with them. I have had accounts with a few other Banks, always some kind of fees bull crap. Again they have no maintanance fees ,you actually have free range on your finances. I recommend them on any given day of the week.”

“KeyBank was an appearance, amazing foundation of people pulling together to bring wonderful service to the community and it's clients , I opened up a business checking account and also had a relative open a personal checkings and savings. These processes with both of us was handled swiftly and diligent. The owner of the branch Frank was active and engaged giving advice and confidence everything was running smooth. Jennifer my bank teller was amazing and accurate with all the information and questions. Elisabeth who took my call and welcomed me to the branch, Lora, Jane and Jan handling the deposit and funding of all the accounts was great receipts and paper work all in line I do recommend 10/10 beautiful clean open branch”
