“I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

We had 2 years of wonderful service with them and enjoying our beautiful swimming family of friends in our backyard pond and am looking forward to the next season.The little anxiety before getting the service has long been dissipated and replaced by comfort and relaxation.My hat's off to Chuck, pond & Aquatics manager for the comforting experience. He is well organized attentive. He has demonstrated wealth of knowledge and experience in rendering answers and solutions to any issue.The crews who performed on site work were well trained. “They had 50% off trees and I impulse bought a giant Japanese maple with no plans on how to get it home lol. Sebastian helped get it in my car and fully strapped it in and it didn’t budge. “I'm writing to commend Alice Williams in Customer Service. Alice was beyond helpful in my return of 2 heavy toilets which were damaged in transit. She had both items removed and brought inside in the middle of a downpour. She also assisted in my finding replacements. Alice is a credit to the Home Depot organization.”
“@ Stacie Warner...Are you speaking about the McCauley's at Limekiln Pike and Horsham rd., Or Horsham and Kenas Rd.? I frequent both establishments and the one on Limekiln Pike is McCauley's Farm & Garden, and this review was on McCauley's Farm. As a local area neighbor, I pass by here at least 4-5 times per day. This establishment was closed before Dec. 25th and there's no winter business other than wood after that, in which people drive right up and get their own wood, unless your ordering a truck load & there isn't even parking issues then (due to being closed for other business.) I hope that you had put your review for the proper business. It's hard to find a family owned business today and I know their parking areas get crazy when they are busy due to limited space and I have seen my share of accidents in front of their place. some days customers just park where ever they want which makes it worse.”

“We had a lovely dinner on a Sunday evening (6pm). The restaurant was busy but the bar was empty. The decor is inviting. The menu had fresh, healthy options. The service was good-our server (Candace) was great in offering suggestions or helping us decide if we were between 2 dishes. Mushroom soup and beet/burrata salad were delicious. Scallops as our main was perfectly cooked. Ice cream and apple crisp cheesecake for dessert was great. We will definitely return!”
“These pots are amazing! I bought two off of the website thinking I would just give them a try. I grew my yearly cucumbers and kale in them and there was more than I knew what to do with! I will be buying more to grow indoors over the winter.”
“Very teadious and oriented to detail landscaping company. We had a whole yard in the back of our house that was ovdrgrown and in desperate need of a new design and plantings. “I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! “I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”
“Kyle was accommodating with me (2/21/24) he led me all away around the store to what I needed, he was a fine young man, definitely deserving of a raise; paint department though could use some work was greeted with an unfriendly attitude my wife left the store feeling uneasy after that. “A trip to Home Depot is often an exercise and confronting Modern Luxury as humans. Do you need a machine screw? With a specific thread count, diameter, and length? And do you need as much of a particular pantone color of latex paint as you could possibly Ever Need? How about a million framing nails? And maybe even a pegboard, so you can build a bed of nails, and develop an entire career as a sideshow performer? It's all here. Inside this one big box store. What a world we live in.”

She provided me with step by steps on what to do and even went all out with printing out how much fuel stabilizer is needed for the model of snow blower I have. “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. Some were three deliveries to get me an appliance without a scratch, ding, dent. PLEASE put the extra money out and go to an independent dealer.
