I signed up for the 2 week trial and in my first 8 days I’ve done 6 classes. I have enjoyed all of them for different reasons. The instructors have all been great and everyone has been so welcoming. I think my favorite part is almost all the classes are only 45 minutes so it really fits in my schedule better. If you are thinking about trying it out, you definitely should do it. I know when I’m done my 2 weeks Ill be signing up for more.”

Before I started CrossFit I had been just a regular "globo-gym" member, just doing my own thing without any guidance. But I wasn't seeing any change in my appearance or strength. I was ready to try something different. Starting this journey has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences. Not only did I start to get stronger physically, but also mentally. The team of coaches here are so wonderful and kind. They are always willing to take the time with each member to explain things, change things up to better suit your needs, or just listen.
I have never been a member at another CrossFit gym, but I feel so lucky to have found CFML Plymouth Meeting as my intro to CrossFit. This can be your gym, but it can also be your community. I have met so many wonderful people here, and made so many new friends. Coming to class is the best part of my day!”

CrossFit can be intimidating but the coaches at T1 make it truly accessible to every athletes ability which is part of the beauty of CrossFit you can scale and still push yourself to get better every time you walk in the gym. T1 has become my home away from home and I look forward to getting to the gym as often as possible! I couldn’t recommend trying T1 highly enough!”

I’ve loved every second of being apart of this amazing community. The owner Kathie is fantastic, all the trainers are awesome and knowledgeable, the staff is warm and welcoming and the clients are amazing too. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a group setting, the trainers know just how to push you even when you’re exhausted and about to give up. I always leave feeling accomplished. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!”

There is no/low drama, no judgement and there is super strong community vibe. My only wish is that i would have joined sooner!”
“Amazing place to train! Freindly, clean, and full of every piece of equipment you could ask for. They have a large excercise studio where they hold classes, rows of cardio machines, and top-of-the-line resistance training machines. In addition to a sizeable free-weight section, my favorite part about this gym is the seperate room where they have a large rack system for squats, pull-ups, etc. and a weighted sled you can push/pull the length of the room. The locker rooms are always kept immaculate and the saunas are brand new. The owner is always accessible and a REALLY cool guy! Highly recommend.”

1000 Easton Rd, Wyncote“This will be my second review for the Planet Fitness - Cheltenham location regarding Gourdie Corbin:I've been working out with him for a little more than 7 months. Within this timeframe, Gourdie continually works tirelessly to ensure that I and other clients would get quality fitness tailored to our specific body type and needs. He doesn't standardize a rotation with his clients; he takes the time and effort create workout plans that are efficient and sustainable for any level of experience. When I started working with Gourdie, I was fluctuating between 225lbs-230lbs with a body fat percentage of 28%... I'm currently tipping the scale at 200lbs with a decreased body fat percentage of 20% with improvement in muscle mass and tone... before I met him I couldn't even find my abs and now they're starting to come together. Gourdie constantly encourages, promotes positivity, and effectively challenges fitness growth. He is what I call, in a positive way, a factotum. He effectively multi-tasks between training others and I, while providing impeccable customer service for Planet Fitness. I count it a blessing to not only have him as a trainer, but also a friend, brother, and confidant. If I could rate Gourdie with 10 stars, I would. Gourdie Corbin operates in his God-given gifts and purposes and the results from others and I can attest to this. Numbers don't lie just as the proof is in the putting. “Absolutely love this gym! The owners are really friendly, everyone is courteous and as a woman I feel comfortable working out here. I usually come by myself and never have an issue using the equipment I want. Only downside is there’s only one stairmaster, BUT usually no one is on there longer than 10-15 minutes so I usually I can either warm up or get my cardio done. If you’re looking for a gym that has a really good neighborly vibe…this is it.(S/N: free weights/squat rack/hack squat/TRX/ and more all here!)”
