“I had gotten a flat tire one evening and I put the mini-spare on in order to get me to a tire shop.
The mini-spare was not appropriate for highway speeds to get to work so I called First Class Auto and Detailing first thing this morning and explained the work situation.
So, despite a busy schedule on their end, they were kind enough to take me in right away, plug the leak in the tire and have me back on the road within 10 minutes of arrival.
Thanks to the staff for the quick and friendly service and thanks also for being able to fit me in quickly on short notice.”

“Good shop! Called these guys on a Saturday with a starter battery bank problem on a large diesel motorcoach. The guy I talked to suggested that we load test both batteries in the bank and offered to meet us that day at his shop if needed or send a tech to our location. As it turned out he was right and we found one of the batteries was obviously bulging and probably draining the other. Replaced both and problem solved. Thanks for being there. Highly recommended.”

“Showed up fresh off a flat tire, rode the donut in. They had us in and out and able to continue our commute to work in 30 minutes while I could tell they had other appointments. Offered to replace our other tire that was very worn at an extremely fair price. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. They saw how dirty I was from swapping in the spare and were very nice.
