Was in yesterday, waited at counter for a few mins (I don't mind the waiting) but when the kid came to the register there was no " Hey how are you or nothing" So I said " Hey fella how are ya?" Nothing. He had to keep whipping his hair out of his face to read the screen, and after Igave him my money he had to look at receipt to know how much change to give me and that took 4 hairwhips. And I said have a good night guy, still nothing.... I get it you don't want to be at work but it don't cost a thing to be nice..... Someone needs a personality transplant.

The management here is very rude and unprofessional. Denise is very rude and enjoys swearing and making them cry to the point of hyperventilating. This said child was doing nothing wrong, he was carrying a balloon around the store, she told him to put it down, so the child dropped the ballon on the floor and she began screaming at him saying "I would just drop it on the Fu**ing floor too. She then decided to kick him and everyone with him out of the store. One I was just made aware of this, as the child's mother and knows what he's been through and going through..the corporate office will be contacted and seeing that their are no good reviews on here for this store I'm sure I won't stand alone in this.

Good deals. Extremely cluttered. Have to walk past cashiers smoking to get in front door. Maybe they should take that time to put things away

The store manager threw the stuff be bought on to the ground she needs to learn to be respectful and how to talk to people right remind you she did this because my friend went in between this girl coming out of the store and went in between the girl and door and i apologized that she did that and she threw additude amd did this

As always a bit cluttered, however the deals are always great. Customer service was awesome today. Thank you to the young man who walked with me looking for plant hangers. I do feel that they need more employees to help with stocking shelves.

Lock Haven store, Including myself, six customers when I was in this morning, four had no masks, one had his on his chin. Clerk said they are not permitted to require masks on customers. Masks required is posted on the door. Upper management is gutless and does not have their customers safety in mind. Another store my family will not shop at any more.
