Always my first call. Was in today for a simple bulb today. Great service. The new auto zone already has some stiff competition, and I'm already a fan of theirs from New Mexico and Florida. Still plan to go to economy first.

I'm a delivery driver for Advanced Auto and we didn't have a part that a customer needed right away and they had it. When I went to pick it up (my 1st day of the job) they welcomed me with open arms ? They're a bunch of great and kind men in there!
Edit: no longer work for Advance Auto and was in today and the men were very nice and the place was well organized! They don't have prices on things and I didn't want to bug them with a lot of questions so just look elsewhere.

I never had a problem until today but whoever is answering the phone was very rude. I wanted to make sure they had the part i needed in stock. When i wasn't sure of some vehicle information which was irrelevant to this part anyways i was told they don't know and hung up on me. I buy most Of my parts here and would have bought this here but i will never give them my money again. Very unprofessional, zero customer service.
