I honestly believe that Bill Macintyre Chevrolet in Lock Haven sets the bar high across your company when it comes to customer service. I have dealt with other car repair facilities and the personal care, interaction and customer appreciation exhibited by Bill Macintyre Chevrolet is not/has not been match anywhere....thus the only reason I continue to take my vehicle to them. Trust in their service is what I care about.

Most honest and reliable dealer for vehicle services I ever used. Even repaired other out of state dealer faulty repairs for minimal cost. Will also work on non-Chevy vehicles as well. Staff super friendly and accommodating to my spouse when I am out of town.

Paid $80 for a spare key to my van. When I picked up the key, they told me it would be another $60 to program it! If they would have told me that in the beginning, I never would have ordered it! You just lost a local customer for life.
