I should have gone to Sheetz! First time at Royal Farms and probably my last. I’ve heard great things about the chicken here and had to use the restroom so thought I’d stop in. So I placed my order and when I got in my car, I didn’t get what I ordered! More on that… in a bit.
…but the restroom was yecch. You can tell the store is old and well, the bathroom had dirt in the corners and old sink… just gross. I mean I’ve seen a lot worse, but this def could’ve been cleaned better. Plus no paper towels, but a blow dryer that stayed on for like 10 seconds and then ya have to touch the door to get out.
So I got potato wedges instead of my chicken slider that I ordered. They were ok, but def not crispy. And def not my chicken. My cole slaw was pretty much mayo and cabbage. The iced tea was good, but not fresh brewed. The guy who checked me out was nice though!! And I never got to try the chicken!!! Maybe I’ll try another Royal Farms someday, but not this one.

I hate this place..the last thing i want to do at 4:40 am is stand at a self checkout because i want cigarettes and can't ring those up myself and wait for 10 minutes because no one is at the register..you would think the girl prepping food might say something to her co-woker or maybe the "I Need help" button would actually get you help.. but no.. after 10 minutes all of which were monitored by sandwich girl and two presses as the help button i finally just walked out.. i would say this is localized but I've also had the same problem on the rt 30 location..

I stopped here after church on Easter Sunday,I was never in a Royal Farms before,but I was definitely very impressed! store was very clean and had a good variety of items including snacks and drinks.they are famous for they're chicken,which is one that you definitely have to try,it was very delicious tasting chicken.make sure you try the Chesapeake sauce,best tasting sauce i've ever had with chicken.staff and employees we're very helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff, great coffee! But this place has gotten so dirty. For example: The soda machine has caked up residue on the ice dispenser. The parking lot and side walks need a good power wash. I can't wait until the Gettysburg location is finished!

The men's restroom was NASTY at 8:00 p.m. but I won $40 with the PA Lottery so that's why I gave 4 stars!

This place falsely advertised their spicy fries. Their ad says 1030 am to 12 am. But I was told they don't sell them after 8 pm

Could definitely use a good clean as the food area looks like there’s more grease than wall!Additionally witnessing the way the short white haired woman (Manager maybe?) speaks to her/the staff like garbage was ridiculous and especially to do it in front of customers, I would hate to see how she speaks/treats them when nobody’s watching!DO BETTER

Really good chicken and biscuits here. Food was fast and staff was friendly. Just the average convince store with better food than most.

Royal Farms is my favorite convenience store. They offer everything I need in one stop. From gas to tobacco to snacks and ice cream. Plenty of assorted drinks. And a made to order deli counter. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Count your chicken pieces. They run out if certain pieces, and claim they will make up for it with substitute pieces, and then don't. Then, they don't answer the phone or call back. They essentially stole from us.

I thought after reading many positive reviews that I was in for a real treat with their "Famous Chicken". Ugg, Famously Bad... Each piece was differently awful. I won't be back anytime soon.
