This place has gone down hill since the new vet bought it not that is was that great to begin with. I had an appointment with a vet tech for my cat to avoid the office fee and it was 100 dollars more than a previous appointment less then a month later that appointment had an office fee it was just to get a shot for pain for my cat as well as a blood check. Was never told of any price increase and I was unable to take my cat my boyfriend did it. You meet with one vet get a prescription then another vet will step in and change it. Started going to a new vet they were surprised by how unorganized this office is with records. Save yourself the headache choose a vet who actually cares and doesn’t change their prices on a whim without warning. I did call before hand and was given a price that was cheaper as well

If I could give zero stars I would. We had been with Warwick Run Animal Clinic for well over 30 years. The practice changed when Dr. Baron retired and sold it. Dr. Baron treated our pets with love and care. This group of doctors has no idea about compassion. Today we had our precious 17 year old cat euthanized. He was removed from our arms and taken back to get an IV. During that time all we could hear were his helpless cries. Then they came in with my cat who crawled right into my arms. They then brought in a credit card reader for payment. When the doctor came in to us finally, I was furious with the horrible treatment my cat got. He told me that it was protocol. Dr Baron never did it this way. And I was told my cat bit the technician. Okay? Then maybe you should have asked us or left the cat with us to put in an IV. The tech got what she deserved in my opinion. And I was told that I might be contacted about the bite. Seriously? This is a horrible animal clinic. Now my last memories of my cat are of his cries for us to help him. I will tell everyone I know never to darken their door.

We had our newest puppy there and was in for 3 different visits so I had call to find out why the next visit was $82.50 We just spent $187 dollars prior to the last visit. So the receptionist said that she needs an exam before getting the next shot. I had asked what the next shot was $29.50 you already exam my doggy prior to the last visit which was 2 weeks ago now you want another $53 dollar for a 10 min visit just outrageous. Looking for a better vet. Told my wife do not go back.

We are new with our three dogs. We brought in our oldest Sammy and Dr. Moser saw him. She spent time with us, went through what she thought it was going on, and I felt like she truly cared about our dog and didn’t rush us

Had a great experience here for my dogs first time at this clinic, the vet answered all my concerns, and talked to me regarding them and went into detail. Which I appreciated. Staff was super friendly.. and I had no issues at all.

This place is terrible. The office staff is rude and grumpy.
I can't tell you how many times I had to remind the staff of things they were supposed to do and keep up with and they overcharge . Not that it matters, because I am willing to pay for a better service and that is exactly what I'm gonna go do. I'm going back to my old veterinarian and driving the distance. Even though I moved miles away from it...which was the only reason I came to warwick run, never again. Some nurses and office staff really turned me off. I don't understand how people can be rude to others in such hard times. Losing a pet is not easy , they should be more polite. I felt they could have been more proactive.

As a former vet assistant, I can be pretty picky about where my personal pets receive healthcare. We have been clients of Adamstown Vet for many years and have been extremely pleased with their exceptional service and caring staff but when we heard the owners of Adamstown were purchasing Warwick Run (which is much closer to our home), we decided to give them a shot. We're SO glad we did!The staff are so kind and caring, and every time you walk in, you feel like family. All the best parts of the Adamstown clinic, but closer! The techs are always easy to talk to and very intuitive, and our nervous animals have always been expertly handled. Our pets have seen both Dr. Fisher & Dr. O'Neill and both of them are excellent listeners with a fantastic bedside manor. They both discuss treatment options and care plans clearly and honestly, and are very thorough with their assessments of our pets. We always leave our appointments feeling assured that the clinic cares as much as we do about our furry family members. We are so pleased with Warwick Run and will continue to recommend them to others!
