I went to the Verizon in Lititz and had Natasha helped me. She was extremely kind, patience and professional. Because of multiple issues and new equipment I spent a long time there. She was alone at work and kept very pleasantly trying her best.. I was impressed with her ability and knowledge.

The sales rep that helped me today was excellent. She took the time to make sure I was in the right plan and went out of her way way to find ways to save me money. She spent a great deal of time with me and was very knowledgeable and patient.

I have never been so ripped off by a company. The salesperson blatantly lied to me about what I was buying / what I’d be paying monthly. You can’t call the store directly, you can’t get anyone to help you On the phone number or the app, it is a complete joke. I have cancelled service and they continue to charge me for nothing / lie. DO NOT GO HERE/ do not use Verizon at all!

Nathaniel gets 5 stars from me. I visited 3 other Verizon stores before finally getting help from the Lititz location. Out of all four stores, Nathaniel was the only one who took the extra step of picking up the phone to call for technical support which finally resolved my issue. Thank you Nathaniel.

Can’t express how bad their service is. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to sign up for their services or deal with them. Told 500mbps download 100 upload and I got 146/14, told first month was free, nope and finally when I cancelled they told me to drop it off at a store, this store told me if I did that they’d throw it out and I’d get charged for it.
Terrible. Never again.
