This is a distribution center, not a post office. I am very disappointed that I drove rather far to get there only to find this out. Google should consider posting it as a distribution center rather than as a post office seeing as it is not a post office.

I lost my mailbox key. I went to the Lititz Post Office and informed the clerk at counter about my problem. She informed me it will cost $25 to replace lock and issue of new keys. Then, the clerk told me to wait a minute while she contacted the person responsible for changing post office mailing boxes. The clerk came back and said that my box could have a new lock in about 2 hours. I paid the $25 and my lock was replaced in 1 hour. Great service and very friendly staff.

Not a post office, a distribution center. Google, can you maybe rename this place or, add a detail that it's not for the public so people like me don't drive out only to be disappointed?
