“While on vacation with my family in Lancaster, our car experienced a grinding noise while accelerating and higher speed. I feared breaking down on the road, stranded with my family. A local shop suggested Nates. I called and related the car's issues. When I drove to the shop, a tech was waiting to look into our car, and diagnosed rear driveshaft noise. Michael at Nates called for parts, but had to order them to complete the work the next day. A driver drove me back to my hotel and returned the next day to pick up our car after the work was done, and it was done in a timely manner.

“I have been taking my cars to H&F in Ephrata for over 10 years. When we moved to the area years ago we needed to find a reliable shop for oil changes, etc. I took my van to H&F years ago and they told me what was wrong with it, but then proceeded to explain that once they got into the repair - it wasn't as bad as they expected so I was charged a fraction of the original estimate. From that time on - I was taking all of our vehicles there for inspection, oil changes, tires, etc. I know very little about cars so it's great to find a shop with integrity!”
