I purchased a pair of shoes for my mom in April and less than 6 months, it tore. I asked if they can fix or do something and they said manager will call me. 2 weeks later I haven’t receive any call.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my mom in April, she used it probably max of 5 hours per day for walking but within in less than 6 months it all tore. I had to purchased another pair for her since this is only shoes she can wear, I also ask if they can fix or do something they said their manager will call me and now 2 weeks later I still haven't receive any call.

just went back to get my second pair of sneakers and was so happy that Irina was still there. I was there a year and a half ago and she hooked me up. I am on my feet all day and I had planters fasciati, went through all the protocols to fix it and nothing worked until she fitted me with the right shoe an insert

Irina helped me find the perfect shoes for me, and I am so grateful to her. She was very kind, patient and accommodating, and spent a lot of time with me. Irina was very personable and easy to talk to, which was very helpful while I made my selections. I will return to The Right Shoe again and again, and I look forward to working with her again.

They are patient and attentive. They took so much time to make sure I got the shoes I needed after my surgery. It was my first time there, but they make you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them

we stopped in Fri 12-30-22...very pleased with the help (Michelle) gave us.. needed inserts for me for flat foot and pain going down leg. Bought shoes also to give comfort. My husband got measured and fitted with compression stockings and little stocking helper to put them on. We appreciated both gals helping peopl.......knew what to suggest and give helps. was very impressed. My husband does have hard time adjusting to new comp stockings but he always does and they are close if we need help....thanks Michelle for help!!will be back and spreading news to other friends with feet issues!

Great place, helpful staff!! I stopped in looking for shoes with arch support but still stylish so I could be comfortable at work. I was surprised by how many shoes they had considering the place is kind of small. There were 2 sales people that greeted me warmly. Both were working on freight however, one of them (I didn't get her name) stopped and started asking me questions to discover my needs. I have relatively narrow feet but they swell so I typically need a wide fitted shoe. Add to that, I need a higher arch in order to not have extremely sore feet by the end of my work day. (I spend the bulk of my day on my feet.) She was very knowledgeable about what was in the store and explained many benefits and had some tips on getting something that might work. The first shoe was a little big but sizing down didn't work either. Second shoe was too small/tight but sizing up worked. The third shoe was just right. (You had to see that analogy coming.) While I didn't want to buy two pair of shoes, I bit the bullet and got both. It was a little pricey but my feet deserve to be comfortable. I'll be going back to get comfy, cute sandals soon

I went there after seeing the foot doctor looking for a good shoe. They were more than helpful finding the right fit for me. I also bought the insoles suggested and my foot pain is all but gone. This saved me from paying for very expensive orthodics. This will be my shoe store from now on. Thanks
