Very kittle parking and you will have to blind side in your dock. The only good thing about it is that it doesnt take long to get you unloaded. Its right behind the Burger King.

Always enjoyed Stauffers since I was a small child. As a adult I still like it alot. Just as I get older I can't afford it. Let me off one paycheck. It is a great story. Always liked it. I miss a samples that they used to have the old store so you can least taste and see what you liked. Haven't seen them do that in a while but still a good store

Love this place.The best shopping for food,etc.Very xtra clean,and organize. Staff is so nice,and helpful.Go there a couple times a week.

You get what you pay for...excellent service,quality & selection...one of the few places left that you can walk out with a gift,groceries, & plants/ home decor...the cheese kiosks are super!..fresh local produce & custom butchering all fantastic!

We were looking for a type of tree and the Litiz location had one. We asked the Dover location if they could have it shipped to their store. They were very accommodating.

I purchased a succulent planter from the Hummelstown location. Once I took the succulent out of the bag, a little army of ants crawled out of the soil. Sadly, this succulent was not healthy. They were on sale so now I know why. Disappointed

I purchased fertilizer on sale through an on line ad. When I went to pick it up they said that they were sold out, and weren't getting anymore in. The salesperson tried to sell me a much more expensive brand. The store is a 40 minute drive from my house. They charged my card ahead of time. I feel like this is stealing. I'll never step foot in a Stauffers again.

A bit higher prices than nearby markets. Has some interesting items and a very good selection of ethnic condiments. Even carry Marmite. Great butcher shop. Very clean and well stocked.

Customer service is apparently dead. This store has a bakery and several employees back there making more of the items they already have out on the shelf but when I asked to get one of their double layer yellow cakes done with chocolate icing instead of white icing for my moms birthday and they said that is a custom order and requires minimum 24 hour notice. I wasn't asking for any designs or writing and they even have the cakes I wanted in the cooler but all cut into halves or pieces. I don't live in Lancaster so I wasn't coming back to pick it up tomorrow. The prices here are a lot higher than stores like Giant so if they don't focus on customer service why shop here?
