“Short answer: Great! Long answer: I finally decided to try the foot scanning device. I found out I have been buying the wrong size shoes (10 D) for years. I bought the recommended (9 E) and bought a high arch support insole. My feet have been sore for years. I always assumed it was from working on concrete floors all day. It is amazing how my feet feel, now that I have the proper size and support. I have been recommending the foot scanning device to all my coworkers. I purchased these steel toed shoes 10 months ago, and waited to give the full results. Very satisfied with the scanner and the employees at the store.”
“I needed to buy new shoes because I had a foot injury and needed to wear shoes with more arch support. Odette was very helpful in showing me a variety of shoes that fit well and provided the arch support that I needed. Without her help, I would have been roaming the store and not finding the correct shoes. Thank you!”

“I visited this store in July 2023 and bought a few things (2 Big Idea Designs pens and a Welsh Mtn Co. Leather pipe/pen role). I was very impressed with their inventory and personable staff (he may have been the owner or at least manager). Skipping ahead to June 2024, I placed an online order for 2 Walsh Mtn. Co leather journal covers. Again, I was very impressed with the ordering process and how quickly I received my shipment. I'm not sure when (or if) I'll return to Lancaster, but I will continue to be an online customer. Ellicott & Co carries a thoughtfully curated array of products that are often unique and always high quality.”

“Have good shoes in there, but only 1 employee not much room for multiple customers. With two it's easy, but if more than two go well. The staff was great, but you need to update your equipment not completely comfortable giving my CVV code on my card when I am purchasing item's. Not out loud.”
“Great place to shop. Has most of all the brand names you would usually find at these Outlet centers. My favorites were Pottery Barn outlet, West Elm, Eddie Bauer, North Face, Underground Armour, Old Navy, and Nike. Best of all no tax on anything considered "essential".”
“In a pinch, I needed to buy a suit, which at the time, felt like the last thing that I had time or mental capacity for. Melissa was SO helpful during my time at the Ann Taylor Factory Store and made a typically tough time much easier. She helped to provide options and fit feedback. I was thankful for Melissa; she made it possible to walk out of the store within 25 minutes of walking in with a suit that fit my immediate needs and one that I will wear again and again.”

Not only did she recognize my challenge in finding the size, but she knew the inventory, which sizes were sold out, and which shoes ran wide. She spent additional time locating another shoe style to order online, and quickly handled that service also. What a treat to not only get comfortable footwear, but also excellent customer service!”
“Only got the chance to visit once but had a great experience. Store had a great selection and staff. I was only in town visiting and although I didn’t get a chance to purchase I did get a chance to sell. “I have 15 years of Retail management experience. Everything from store level management to district manager, before I decided to get into a different industry. I am consistently complaining to my girlfriend when we go shopping about how things were so different in my days of retail with customer service and how you treated people when they walked into your store. It seems like after COVID that completely disappeared for the most part. ....So I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this store of yours because my girlfriend wanted to go in.....We were greeted, we were told about the sale that was going on We were told that bigger sizes were in the back and just ask if we needed anything.We proceeded to look around And another worker interactive with us. I personally have never owned a pair of Crocs before, she was so helpful and I ended buying two pairs of crocs and some of the button things for them....I can assure you if someone didn't take the time to explain Crocs and what they think of them that I would not have purchased anytjing the final person that we interacted with was at the register who was also very helpful friendly and just all around pleasant.Thank you for giving me hope that customer service still exists because I spent a long time in that industry and I'm someone who really enjoys going and shopping and interacting with people and being able to physically look at something before I purchase it. The 3 employees I interacted with are a true asset to the company.”
