I had a pendant that kept falling off my necklace, nothing fancy, just a stainless steel locket. They fixed it super quickly and it was very affordable! Everyone was very friendly, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I had an older Casio watch that I had, it had needed a new battery. I didn't have to make an appointment, I just walked in, and they had helped me right away. I was in there for about 10 mins.

Friendly and very helpful. I took in a few watches for batteries, another to have a the logo on the face reattached and walked out knowing exactly what my bill would be. Additionally I took in an old pocket watch to try and determine how old it was and the young woman took the time to remove the back and run the serial number for me. I left knowing that it was 100 years old and everything else about its manufacturing. I call that excellent customer service and already recommended them to a couple of friends.

The woman was very nice, and gave us some recommendations on what to do with the rest of our time in town. We ended up returning a few hours later and making a purchase after casually strolling in the first time.

I brought 5 Seiko watches in for repair; none were running. Two of the watches had some corrosion in the movements and he was unable to find replacements. He does not rebuild movements, which is certainly his choice. No biggie. The other 3 required batteries/capacitor and were repaired. One of the watches is 28 years old and has needed a battery for years but I neglected it. He got it working with some extra work for the simple cost of a new battery. The solar watch needed a battery and then needed the contacts cleaned. He kept it running to monitor its accuracy and called me when he was satisfied it worked correctly. Certainly, I was bummed to find out 2 watches couldn't be repaired here, but I'm the one who didn't maintain them properly. And I am thankful he got the other 3 watches working. Customer service I have to say was always prompt and courteous.

I had a diamond reset into a pendant. Oann worked with me and showed me several options. The pendant is beautiful! They are professional, friendly and do quality work for a reasonable price. I am happy with my pendant. I would highly recommend.

Went there with a friend of mine and elder. This individual had bought a grandfather clock at a flea market. The clock worked all but the hands according to my buddy. So he was upset and wanted to inquire or find a facility that repaired clocks. I googled clock repairs nearby and this facility showed up. So we decided to take a weekend Saturday trip. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They checked out my buddy clock and noticed that the battery was put in backwards and was dead completely. Well needless to say they got it working. Lol and the sales lady sold me and my buddy beautiful well designed sports watches. Definitely recommend this facility and local business. Great selection of clocks and men and womens designer watches

Called in and talked to Ed to see if a quick fix could be done on my watch. Ed delivered a perfect service for my automatic Movado and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the shop. They were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.
