Dave and his team at Keller Bros Ford have gained my trust and far exceeded my expectations with communication and details of repairs. I have had a lot of bad experiences at other repair shops, therefore I always have reservation when dropping off my vehicles. I cannot say enough about the level of expertise, understanding, and dedication from this team of people when it comes to their customers and repairs. Thank you so much!

Diana was our sales person and she did an amazing job of discovering our needs and helping us to understand what was available and how we could use it to our advantage to be able to get as comfortable as possible in a new vehicle for my wife. She clearly understands her products and she took the time to understand our needs and help us meet them - we left with a new Bronco and very satisfied. I would highly recommend Keller Brothers, Diana and the sales team.

From out of state on a visit to the area I test drove the vehicle with a very informed, no pressure, pleasant salesman.
After helping me compare with a similar vehicle from back home and combining the sale price with an additional reduction in cost they provided a loan option with a decent rate and we completed the purchase. Thanks for the Bronco Raptor.

My vehicle battery failed without warning on a Saturday morning, after the Service Department closed for the weekend. People in the Sales Department provided me with a loaner vehicle after my vehicle was towed to the dealership. The battery issue was resolved the following Monday morning; overall, everything was taken care of in totally satisfactory manner.

While I love the car I bought, my experience purchasing the car was poor. I'll share the positives first - the car was in beautiful condition, my salesperson was knowledgeable and had a great test drive route picked out. The negatives were: 1) I questioned whether I could finance even though I have no income (I'm retired and am not yet collecting social security) and was told it wouldn't be an issue. Turns out it was - my application was declined - so I had to buy the car with cash, 2) the finance guy had the sale price incorrect on the document I signed - it was $5k over. Had I not noticed it and asked that it be corrected, I'd have been grossly overcharged, 3) once the purchase agreement was corrected and signed, I left to go home - I was an out of state buyer. I was going to pay for the registration and tags to be processed by them but they did not tell me upfront that my new insurance date had to exactly match the purchase date. Because of this we had to change everything so I would register the car once I got it to NY, 4) I was going to pick the car up and drive it home but my ride bailed on me so I asked them to ship the car, which they did. The car shipped very quickly and when I went to pick it up at the shipper, it had NOTHING in it - no temporary registration or tags. Additionally, for the premium price I paid for the car, the tank was almost empty, AND I risked being pulled over just driving the car to my home and then could not drive it until I got the temp registration and tags, 5) It took a while to get a check from them reimbursing me for the sales tax I paid. While the people I dealt with were all very nice, I did not have a positive experience from a dealer that claims they are "driven to serve".
