Excellent experience at this dealership from walk in till the time I left. All the employees are very welcoming. There was a sales guy Cal was the guy that helped me get everything going on the purchase of a 2023 Jeep Compass High Altitude. Took my truck in cause the check engine light was on and good thing I had that warranty they told me I saved over $1700 just in labor. They put a new engine in my truck double checked everything and it’s still running great I’m always gonna take my truck back to them. If anything goes wrong they are 100% amazing.

Salesman Ray had a list of what I was looking for in my next Ram since January 2024. We tried a few out in January but then my daughters senior life got in the way. I also couldn't find the 1500 Classic version that I love. They are a rarity. I'm a Mopar gal through and through.
So this past weekend, I almost had my hands on one. I was with Ray when we got the news it sold at their Lebanon 1 hr before I got there. I saw the painful look on Ray's face and new he is definitely the Sales guy you want. He spent the next 40 or so many minutes hunting and going over with me a compromise on something different then the classic. I tried out the Laramie Crew Cab (Ray I won't mention the other one I drove...ehhm F●r#) Lol.
During the going over normal pricing I started not feeling well at all. So they gave me the keys to take it home to hubby to see.
Monday morning I came in, made and sealed the deal. Ray will absolutely go out of his way for his customers. I'll be back when I need another vehicle. I appreciate your friendliness and effort to help me find my Mopar. :) and thanks to the staff who supplied me a quick gluten free snack since I've Celiac. That's a great team there.

I reach out to Keller Bros about what I was looking. Allee one of the Sales Specialist contacted me. We communicated back and forth on my options I was looking for. She made the looking process fun and stress free. She wasn't pushy or lazy on making sure I got what I was looking for. If your looking for a Jeep or Dodge vehicle. I totally recommend you asking for her. Keller Bros are about the customer not just their pockets. I was "Very impressed" and definitely will be going back.

Keller Bros Dodge in Lititz was very laid back and low pressure. Kerry was a great salesman to work with. He was courteous and good at answering all my questions. The dealership gave me a fair trade-in price for my old truck and I ended up buying a newer Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. I would go back to them again.
