Please do not trust this place with your vehicle. I brought my vehicle to have some buff marks removed from a previous detailing job. I arrived to pick up my car after-hours and noticed immediately that there were several very deep scratches (all the way down to the metal) along the passenger side of the car. I took some photos of the scratches and decided to leave my car there and return to talk to the owner of the shop in the morning. When I arrived, the scratches had been sanded down and sloppily covered with black paint. There was no paint on the scratches when I was there the previous evening so it was clear someone had tried to cover them up before we returned. The owner lied to my face and said those scratches were there when we dropped the car off and that he hadn't done anything to try to cover them up since the previous evening. Not only did they cause extremely expensive to fix damage to the car but, even more concerning, is that they were dishonest and condescending when confronted about the damage.

I took my silver mustang to Paul for my first ever detailing experience. Paul and I went to high school together, so I trusted him 100 percent with my car. Paul did awesome. I could not be happier with the service he provided me and my car was ready around 10am. Do yourself a favor and give Detailed To Perfection a try. You will not be disappointed and if you are, Paul will make it right.

This was an amazing experience for me. I was ashamed by how bad my car had gotten. They promised my car would look like new, but I seriously doubted that! They were proud to show me my "new" car. It was clean and shiny inside and out. I am thrilled with the results! What a wonderful Christmas gift from my sister.

Went in on a Monday to get quoted on some scratches due to my adventurous off roading experience and by Thursday I had those scratches covered, ceramic coating and a freshly detailed truck! Paul, is a very pleasant and personable guy. Very easy to talk to. Really gives you that family treatment. A quick and easy process. I am extremely happy. Price is excellent. I could not be happier with the way my car turned out and the customer service I received. From the moment I called in Paul the owner was so professional, personable and helpful. He was honest and upfront about everything and I felt confident he would get my car to where I wanted it. Last year I drove over wet white street paint and had white paint all over the bottom on my car and up the sides. Paul assured me he would do what he could to get it off and wow!! did he deliver. My car looks brand new. I also had an awful mango smoothie stain on my backseat due to my sons spillage. It is completely gone. My car has never looked better. I had a full detailing done of the interior and exterior. Worth every penny and Paul was so fair with pricing and upfront about everything. I am a woman and I feel very happy with the way I was treated. A few days after my detail Paul called me to apologize (he found my grandmother's prayer at the shop- silly me, didn't even notice) it must have gotten overlooked when they were putting things back in the car. He mailed it to me and the fact that he took that effort to reach out to me, own it and make it right says everything about his character. Great owner and great work. Job well done!! Don’t take your car here unless you want to spend $300 for a half way detail (at best) and your car returned damaged! Owner is very smug and condescending towards women. Claims no responsibility for any wrongdoing but will accept praise for anything done right!*********See the owners response- quite snarky - yes I did take 2 cars there - first wasn’t bad. Gave it a second try. And on the second they damaged our car and claimed no responsibility. So sure - go ahead and post the emails, but be sure to share those that you claim no responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Terrible way to do business.Services: Auto detailing

Wow! Dropped off my wife's SUV to get detailed. All I can say is that they did an OUTSTANDING job. Her SUV is 6 years old and had never been detailed before. It looks like new. We were in shock when we picked it up. Highly recommend. We will certainly be back!Service: Auto detailing

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss all black. I only have 6K miles on it. I was taking it through an automatic car wash to keep it looking nice. So I thought. After awhile I noticed some scratches on the sides of my truck. Not happy at all. I looked around for some detailing place and found Detailed 2 Perfection in Lititz. I talked to Paul and he knew exactly what I was talking about with the scratches on my truck. He was very professional and very informative. I made an appointment to have the scratches removed. Got my appointment quickly, it was a week lead time. Dropped my truck off the night before for convenience. I got a call about my truck is almost ready the next day. I paid the bill online which is extremely easy and the price of the service was very reasonable. When I picked up my truck I looked over it was was completely amazed how beautiful it looked from what it looked like before. Thank you so much Paul and Detailed 2 Perfection, my truck looks amazing. I can now look at it and smile again. If anyone is looking for a place to get their vehicle detailed this is the place. Oh and be very careful of automatic car washes.
