Our 4th experience with Cloister and they continue to be our go to team for flooring and tiling needs.This time they replaced a guest bedroom carpet. The entire process was efficient, seamless and pleasant. The installers took good care of our home and helped me with the positioning of installation points under the carpet for new sliding closet doors.We will certainly use Cloister again!

I had flooring replaced in 2 rooms. I visited several carpet stores in my area but I enjoyed the personal, friendly service at Cloisters in Lititz. The installation team was very easy to work with. They answered all my questions as I watched them work. They were meticulous in their work and exact with every measurement. As a quilter, I look for a perfectly pieced project and the team completed the floor installation with perfection. I highly recommended this store for your flooring needs!!

We could not be happier with the entire experience of working with Cloister and the flooring that was installed throughout our home. The installation was done by their own crew, not subcontractors, and that made the difference. They were professional, hard-working, and craftsmen. We had all our baseboards replaced and they mitered them flawlessly. They took pride in their work and it showed. In fact we were so happy with them and their work that we bought them lunch more than a couple of times.John, Caleb, Danny and I can’t remember the others’ names deserve the recognition here as they were so great to have doing the install.At the end of each day they cleaned up and you would never know there was a construction job at our home.They worked hard, were courteous, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cloister Flooring. From working with Reggie who had the patience of a saint with us, to Josh who was always proactive in letting us know the schedule or if there were any delays, it was a smooth process with no surprises which never happens!I am in love with our new floors and I’m so happy we used Cloister’s Flooring America and I can’t recommend them enough!!

We recently had the carpet in our upstairs hallway removed and had laminate flooring installed, also had new carpet put on the staircase. Everything from when we first walked into the Lititz store to choose what we wanted to installation was a great experience and went very smoothly! Highly recommend.

We had Cloisters install a new kitchen island, counter tops, sink and cabinet rollouts. They were terrific (and patient) with our design and selection process. Having an assigned project manager was key to a smooth install. The attention to detail was truly outstanding and the workmanship excellent. Communication was fast and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. This is where you want to bring your business. A particular shout out to Gene and Amanda!

The entire Cloister team provided a fabulous and quality experience, from the initial showroom greeting, knowledgeable and well priced sales, service scheduling, and lastly the best installation guys, the entire process was top quality without any issues. The install guys were so fast and helpful, they even helped me move some appliances back into location so I didn't scratch the new floor, they were great. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with.

We recently had Cloister install carpet & LVT in our foyer & powder room. Michelle was great to work with from the very start. She helped us choose the flooring after taking many samples home. Cloister Flooring installed our Brazilian cherry floors about 20 years ago, so when we were considering a full kitchen renovation with tile flooring, we picked the Cloister again. Grey tile on white kitchen. High quality materials, super hard working tile crew and professional installation. Work was done as agreed, price and time schedule vise. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Cloister was recommended to us by a family member so we gave them a try. James Duty was very easy to work with and a big help in deciding what type of flooring to go with. Our project involved 3 bedrooms and a family room with steps leading down to it. Cloister was the only vendor that had a solution for the steps. The entire project was handled and completed by the Cloister team in a shorter than expected time span and very professionally by the entire team. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use again. Well done!
