Andrew/Andy is incredibly reliable and fair. Does most things in house or refers you to the right person if he doesn't do that particular request himself. Keeps his promises and delivers in time.
We found him very fair and transparent. Also a very pleasant person to talk to, and as his website says, "good conversations are free!".
I highly recommend him for jewelry needs. Has such a beautiful vintage selection if you are into vintage jewelry, or can get brand new orders in within 1-2 days.

Great Guy! I agree with everyone even though He wasn’t able to buy the men’s rings for more than scrap He was as kind as everyone has said Here about explaining why the market is so soft and that He could buy it for Gold scrap at a few hundred dollars still, But made recommendations, and even offered better suggestions at Selling and making more money thank You all so much who wrote great reviews, Because even though He couldn’t Help me, I’ll most likely be bringing my best friend in and will gladly recommend Andy!

Great experience selling off gold & silver coins & jewelry. Gentleman (owner?) patiently examined each piece, explained it's value and offered a very satisfactory purchase price. I was surprised to receive an additional check a few weeks later due to a slight under valuation of an item. Very impressed with this level of integrity! Happy to use AM in the future & recommend to friends!

Went in to get a ring appraised and the man that was there was so short and rude with me and my husband. He didn't even look at the jewelry and just said "I don't want that." Even though I never offered to sell it to him, just to take a look at it. Maybe it's because we have tattoos and piercings? But I will not be returning here again. No need for people to be so rude to potential customers.

I love this jewelry store one of the only places Still remaining where vintage jewelry is just as beautiful as you remember ithey buy all around great. Their customer service and energy within the store Is Always to be expected and I have yet to leave there with empty hands since I discovered this little gem....
