I have been using them for some time now and even though they are 20+ minutes from me, I still make the drive! They are incredibly helpful, their equipment is always in good standing condition, and if any issues arise, they are always willing to help! Will be using them again and again!

I almost exclusively use Bombergers Rental Center for my Construction Company's needs. They have a great variety of tools, items, and machinery to rent and they are typically available. All of the guys in the Rental department are easy going, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The equipment that they rent is always in excellent working condition. They make it easy. No hassles and very dependable...Thank you for that.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to rent a drill bit normally only rented with the drill. They created a new tool rental for me. Excellent customer service.

Bought a garbage disposal that ending up being faulty out of the box. I ended up getting a replacement with no hassle and they made sure the one they gave me looked in good condition. The cashier and hardware help desk were great and easy to work with. 20 mins after getting home and the replacement was in and working. A frustrating experience with a faulty item was remedied quickly. Thank you!

Ordered a part and they sent the wrong item. They wouldn’t send the correct part out until we had a tracking number on the return. The major complaint is the item sent in error was a sticker/label for a JD gator. It’s petty on their part to make the customer go to all the trouble when it’s was their mistake.

Love the store and everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not something that goes hand in hand in sales these days. I just have to use my coupons or go elsewhere when short on cash. I'm on disability now and it's a tad higher than other places....but the service is amazing and with smiles

Staff are helpful & friendly. The staff in the rental department answered my questions and assisted me when I rented an aerator. The aerator I rented worked as expected & the rental process was straightforward.
