“I came here for the first time. I had trouble with my phone. They offered to help me and see what was the issue. The phone was not responding to my touch. They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”

The associates at the Glenolden location handled our upgrade gracefully, and made us feel like part of the Verizon family while we were there.
