“I was referred to Tom by a family member. I had always known about PDR repair versus Body Shop so I was a little apprehensive at first. Tom reassured me without trying to "sell me"that he could get my repair 90 to 95% looking better. So I went with him. “I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“Tony Pino at Carisma of West Chester Pa did an outstanding job repairing the dents on my F150 after a guy hit me in a parking garage. Luckily, the paint was not damaged and my dad and I were able to remove the scratches. So, I called Carisma who I’ve used in the past for hail damage repair. I spoke with Tony and after seeing my truck he felt confident he could repair all the dents. He did a phenomenal job! Thank you Tony and Carisma! Here are some before & after pictures.”
