“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”

“My back window was broken into and my wallet stolen at a playground. That experience was traumatic for my daughter, and left us so stressed and upset. Insurance tried to refer me to a closer place, but after doing our research my husband and I decided to drive a little further to Concord auto body to get my car fixed. It had great reviews, and my father used them before as well and had a great experience. They turned what was a horrible encounter with a criminal, into making me believe in humanity again. They detailed the car after, and it looked so good I wanted to cry. They even took time to add some screws I was missing on my license plate. So much attention to detail! I wanted a Subaru outback for over half my life and to have it broken into was devastating, but I am SO grateful we chose Concord auto body! Phenomenal job and customer service skills. “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

“I had a tree branch fall on the side panel of my car and took it into Brandywine Auto Body for repair as a first timer and they exceeded expectations. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge. I highly recommend.”

“Where to start! I wish I could give a thousand stars. I am so extremely satisfied with my experience at Century Collision, and the world is a better place with people like Jon in it! I was hit and ran, and in need of a new front end. I would be paying out of pocket, and thus on the hunt for a reasonable price. I received a few quotes ranging in the couple thousand at other local body shops, with a turnaround of two weeks. I had the pleasure of finding Jon and his father’s shop on Google, attracted by the great reviews. Jon met with me in person, checked out my car’s damage and printed me out an itemized breakdown of each cost, explaining each line and ensuring I understood each step of the process. The costs were extremely fair and affordable for me, and estimated a 3 day turnaround! At drop-off, I inquired about my back spoiler and Jon provided an estimate and said he’d be able to complete both jobs in the same timeframe.
There is something special about Jon and his team, and I hope they all know that. He is patient, kind, and trustworthy. Traits that are truly rare and invaluable today ?? I kept gassing him up because I was just so appreciative and thankful that people like him still exist ?
My car was finished in 3 days. My car was given back to me in better shape than when I dropped it off; the inside was detailed and shined just as beautiful as the outside. They noticed my low tire pressure light was on, saw a tire had a nail and patched it for me. Prior to this, I thought my gauge was just broken as I didn’t see the nail!
