Bare in mind I say five stars because this is my spot to go on my lunch break. It is quiet and the people that frequent here are waking their dogs, taking a walk or just relaxing as well. It has spots for children to play, and in the summer there is pool you can become a member to. Lots of pavilions you can rent for gatherings and I think they just put in a shuffle board (maybe not exactly that) spot under one of the pavilions.Restrooms: Portable

Looked nice. We just parked there for Christkindlmarkt, which was a nice, cozy downtown event. Yummy food.

Satisfactory pools for the family. Lacks sufficient chairs and shaded areas. Does have a food stand but is very limited.

Great park for the family outings and baseball. Parking during baseball can get a little crazy. Well kept.

Great park! Horrible bathrooms!!! The ladies room has no soap, or even a soap dispenser. No hand sanitizer either. The toilets are also crazy tall in the women’s bathroom. Kids have to climb to get on the toilet or be lifted up. The park has so many great aspects and sporting events going on, they just have to fix the bathrooms!

Visited this park on 7/9/23 for a Birthday party 1st time being here. Even though this is a beautiful park, it has a swimming pool, pavilions, football field, playground etc.. I do not live in Pa, but the name of this park needs to be changed. The name is a racial slur and is derogatory and offensive. In 2023, this is not acceptable. I advised my family to write the State Senator, Congressmen, County Executive, and Mayor of this city. The name has to go.Picnic area: Very nice

We show up here only once per year.Fireworks and food trucks. The food truck Sitten Picken Chicken never disappoints.The fireworks are one of the best displays in central Pa.

Family friendly pool. ❤️ Large park with lots of activities all year long. Great for family BBQ's, reunions, birthday parties ?Playground: Smaller play area but the kids seem to love it.Restrooms: Clean and decent restrooms. There is never any soap so either bring some or use hand sanitizer.Dog-friendliness: People walk their dogs all the time.Picnic area: Covered picnic areas with plenty of seating.

Pool is $10pp. Has a nice baby pool and concession stand. The playground is well kept. There are bathrooms and a large Pavillion. There is a long paved path for kids biking or scootering.

Clean park, spacious and definitely family friendly. My son had his Varsity Banquet here and it was great.

Beware of some dog walker who actually has a taser. My small toy dog barked at him and his dog when they passed by and he actually had the nerve to zap me from 10 to 20 feet away. I called the cops on him. If you see this guy, then call 911. I had called the non emergency number, but the police I spoke with said to call 911 next time. The guy is white & has dark hair, age 55 to 60, and a hound dog mix. He may be developmentally disabled from the way he screamed, "Shut up," multiple times when my husband yelled at him. He's mentally disturbed and could tase other dogs & humans, especially children.

Nice flat fields to let your kids run off their wiggles. Nice pool. Can have private birthday parties at the pool.
