This pharmacy is an absolute treasure for our little town. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have helped me and family members resolve issues with our insurance. Do yourself a favor and check with them on any insurance issues or questions. I highly recommend this business.

Back story - - I have dealt with a lot of pharmacies over the years between being my mother's caretaker and also with my health.That said - - THIS is the pharmacy you want to do business with. Trust me!Linesville Pharmacy is nestled into the quaint core of town. A little shop with gifts, trinkets, and personal needs. They have a little of something for everyone. I have lived here for 4 years and had been with a big chain pharmacy. I was tired of being treated like a number and not a name.The staff at Linesville Pharmacy treats you like you are important to them. They help take care of you. If you have any questions, which I ALWAYS do, they will take the time to answer them. I can't tell you how many times I have annoyed Becky and Jessica with the most ridiculous questions, but they never make me feel stupid. They talk with me about any concerns I have and make sure that I feel complete in my knowledge before our call ends. There have been times i think of something else and call back in.... I know I'm annoying sometimes, but Becky and Jessica still treat me like I am a human, with feelings. Not a name on a computer screen. They care, are amazing, and kind. And THAT is a big deal. When you are dealing with medications that change your life, you want a pharmacist and staff to be willing to talk to you about all things associated with your medications.Some other staff I have interacted with include Sara and Libby. They have both been so sweet to talk to. Their happy voices on the phone is a pleasant addition to deal with. I have enjoyed conversations with both. Libby is now gone back to school (I hope she comes back next summer!) and Sara is still there. You will be greated with a smile if you see her!And I cannot forget my FAVORITE part of the services.... they DELIVER!!! Oh my word! If i wasn't for Bill and Dave trudging through the elements to bring me my medications, I wouldn't be able to get them! Being stuck at home most of the time, it is a service Linesville Pharmacy offers that just kicks their store into first place for me.Final thoughts -- Linesville Pharmacy does it all. And Becky, Jessica, Sara, Bill, and Dave all need recognition for the great work they continue to do. Switch your pharmacy over today. You won't regret it!!

This pharmacy is amazing and their customer service is great. I had the pleasure of being both an employee and a customer, and they exceed expectations in both areas. I only worked there for 3 weeks because ADHD and counting out controlled substances does not mix, but if you are good at that sort of thing, it’s a great place!

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The Pharmacist Becky is wonderful to work with. She helped me with my first time using the The Free Style Libre 3 sensor!!

Becky and Jess are the perfect Batman and robin duo, not only do they make my days better but the service is exceptional, I’m in and out with my prescription very fast! If in the area I highly recommend going into linesville pharmacy not only for medicine but to shop in their store front store! Love these guys!!!

Becky the pharmacist here at Linesville pharmacy is the up most professional pharmacist I ever had the pleasure of working with. This past Saturday, I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that was prescribed to me from my family doctor. I took the medicine and within 30 minutes or so my palms got extremely itchy and I started itching around my neck, I hurried up and took two Benadryl because I thought it was an allergic reaction. My first thought was to call Becky because she’s helped so much in the past and knows my background with medication so well. When I called Jessica hurried and got Becky on the phone and she told me to calm down and she was going to call 911 and for me to get my fiancé on the phone or to stay on the phone with her until 911 got to me.She stayed on the phone with my fiancé and walked him through what to do until the EMTs got to me. It took 35 minutes for them to get to me for I live pretty far out and they had to come so far to get me. If it wasn’t for her I honestly feel I would’ve died that day. I can’t thank Linesville Pharmacy and staff enough for all their professionalism and all they do for me and my family. I have been in the store on other occasions waiting on my prescriptions and heard her on the phone with other patients that had diabetic problems and high blood pressure problems. She didn’t even have to look at the computer at all and knew exactly what they took explain to them what to do how much insulin to take and called them back in 10 minutes to make sure they were OK. As long as I live in this area I will never go to another pharmacy as long as Becky is at the store. Thanks again Becky and staff for all the hard work you girls do. I hardly ever have to wait and my prescriptions are always ready . Again I thank Becky for all her help that day and always.
