The employees Terry & Tyler at the Public Storage location in Colmar, Pennsylvania go above and beyond with their courtesy service and making sure I have everything I need with every visit. Was a member when it was north Penn and when I told them we were moving out they said the final month would be pro rated. Her we are July 1st having to pay the entire month for one day. Very disappointed and do not recommend them!

Very convenient storage facility with wide unloading area. Secure entry and bonus secured bathrooms!
The only confusing part was that the building was not the typical orange and branded Public Storage. Besides that, I am extremely happy with the facility and their pricing.

We’ve been renting a storage unit there for our father who recently moved. I just went to make a payment and had a few questions and Terry and Tyler were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

We rented a first floor storage unit for our Dad while in the process of him moving.
Terry was a big help in taking care of getting us signed up, the boxes and always very accommodating.
The facilities are clean and temperature regulated. Easy access and compatible pricing. The loading/unloading area is under cover which makes for a much easier time when it’s pouring down rain. We had a few days of that during the move!
Great facilities would definitely recommend North Penn storage!

Mike is a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean and well lit. They have security cameras and the doors only open with your personal code. I would definitely recommend.
