Would not recommend this bank. Well some of them are friendly the bottom line is the administration is only interested in your money. One of the men called me after my husband died and chatted and chatted, anything he could do for me blah blah blah. I thought he didn't know my husband had died. So when I mentioned it his comment was "oh yes I had heard about that last week. End of quote. Bottom line is he probably wanted me to invest my husband's insurance money with him. I'm sorry for your loss or something to that effect should've been the first thing out of his mouth. Also my husband has Parkinson's and it had become increasingly more difficult for him to sign his name. We went to the bank to see what kind of a solution they might come up with and their response was, "well he could make an X." How demeaning. My solution was to have a rubberstamp made of his signature. My question to them was why didn't they think of it.Bottom line, go to a bank that's community oriented and kinder.

The machine ate my bonus check a few years ago. Spent an hour in the parking lot trying to call Wells Fargo for help, they said they'd send a tech in the morning and call me back. I never heard back, so I called the bank and they had no idea what I was talking about and there was no way to retrieve the check lost in the atm.

I chose Wells Fargo to be my secondary bank because I moved to a new state and it was the closest to me. I needed to add money to my new account but only had my BofA card (no cash). I was told by the female teller that I can swipe that card through the machine so that it would act like a debit transaction. Before swiping my card, I asked her if it can be used although it's not a WF card and she said yes. I swiped it and "surprise", it didn't go through. The teller loudly announced that my card declined and when I asked her why, she said it was because my card wasn't a WF bank card. (Huh?) There was another customer waiting on the line who heard this and I was so embarrassed. I believe that she announced it loudly purposely. I was actually taken off guard by it. I ended up going to the atm, withdrawing cash, and going right back in to add it to my account. I have never and will never step back in there again.

The tellers here are lovely, but my favorite part about this branch is every time I go in, I try to figure out through process of elimination which sales guy parks his BMW straddling two spots in the parking lot almost every day. I've narrowed it down to two particularly skeezy-looking men.

I've technically been a customer for years, back when it was CoreStates and then First Union, followed by Wachovia, and now Wells Fargo. In all the years, I've never had any issue. I mainly use this location for their ATM service and to meet with my financial advisor from time to time. Anytime I'm here though, everyone I've ever interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. ATM is a drive-thru and I like the fact that I can buy stamps from the ATM machine, although they do charge a surcharge for this. Now that they support mobile deposit, it's not too often that I need to come here anymore. All in all, I've been a very happy customer for close to 20 years now.
