This particular Walgreens is staffed with incredible people. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I have whitnessed the verbal abuse which they endure. The people in the store are great. They show you how to manage the coupons! I love the place and the people!

I just picked up my photo order at store#10958 today (2/17/24) in Limerick and boy, does Laura need a raise! She was very personable and friendly, not only greeted everyone but helped the woman ahead of me at the photo center and wished us both a great day! I swear she was also the only staff member in the whole store and she was kicking butt and taking names! I’ve only ever used Walgreens for the photo center previously, but if there were a location closer to my home I would totally make the switch for such great customer service! It’s always so convenient to order online and pick up in store, and with a toddler I’m all about convenience! Just wanted to send some positive feedback and share my experience. Please pass it back to her, she deserves it! (Sent to corporate)

I left CVS pharmacy about 2 years ago for a better pharmacy experience. I put up with a lot from them also, but didn't want to leave a pharmacy again. It's a pain. This last visit was the last. Prescriptions are never ready. The pharmacists don't return calls after they are supposed to be calling the insurance company to get it to go through. The technicians have no idea what they are looking at on the computer and obviously are not trained appropriately. Once my scripts are called in by my doctors, they seriously do not fill them till you call and even then, they may not be ready. I'm done!!! Goodbye and now I don't know where to go!! So disappointed!!

Pharmacy is not managed well. I had a 2:30 appointment for a vaccine, waited until 3 when they asked me to complete the consent form I already filled online. I scheduled this date and time to coincide with other medical needs and their incompetence has set me back 30 days. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy, there are much better and efficient in the area.

Went here to pick up pictures in the drive-thru. I paid ahead but was told I did not when I arrived. I physically showed them my confirmation from Walgreens and PayPal. The woman at the drive-thru, with a condescending tone, told me I’d have to take it up with the photo center inside. I then had to drag my 8 month old daughter inside for them to tell me that it just showed up on their system that I did in fact pay. I would also like to mention that the cost was a whopping $4.14. The woman was blonde and I believe the “operations manager.” Be nicer.

The pharmacy department is the absolute worst, EVERY time anyone in my household needs a prescription filled, no matter what it is, takes 3-5 hours to fill them, does not call with any ETA or a simple "hey just a heads up this may take us a certain amount of time" just a warning would be nice. Been waiting since 12:30 when the scripts were put through, called several times in the first 3 hours and the automated service deters you from speaking to a real associate cause it heard something completely different. Only says "we are still working on them" THEN call after 4:30 and all I'm met with is "we are still working on it should be done within the hour"Absolutely unacceptable, absolute worst I've experienced. The last 4 times I've had scripts filled in the last 3 months, more and more of these same issues. Just useless. I know stuff happens and delays things, but everytime is too much. Last time I'm using this place.

So fun. Walgreens website for this location allowed me to go through and enter all information to pick up 8 at home covid tests. My order was confirmed. I tried calling ahead to make sure they had them, but their phone system is designed to not let you speak to a person. I drove there, waited in line, just to be told "oh we don't have any, may have them next week". Now I tried to order from CVS, but order won't go through because supposedly I just ordered from Walgreens.......

Carlee, the store manager, was amazing on my oversized order of calendars. She had great communication skills and took wonderful care of me and my order. I will never order any photo item from Walmart again and will be going thru Walgreens. Thank you for setting the standard!

11/9/22 Update to Review: I filed a state licensing complaint on these yahoos because TWICE in the past week now, the pharmacy has just shut down at noon with no notification to customers and no provisions to those customers for picking up essential meds. I HOPE they’re put out of business. Whatever you do, do not use them. You’ll be sorry. Terrible pharmacy. For the amount of money these pharmacists make, you would think they could actually WORK!Completely and totally incompetent pharmacists. They never have the meds you need when you need them. Ever. I am on a med I have been taking for quite some time. Put an order in for a refill six days ago. Heard nothing whatsoever from the pharmacy. Call today to find out it isn’t in stock. Can’t you be just a LITTLE BIT proactive? If you know your customers are on a regular monthly med, can’t you order in advance and make sure it is always in stock? Instead I’m being told I need to just sit here and take it. They ought to be sued for medical malpractice. Go somewhere else. This happens ALL THE TIME at this pharmacy. All the time. What’s worse is that I switched to Walgreen’s from cVS for the same problems. Pharmacists are sooooo not worth the money they make. What a joke.
