My experience here was amazing. This was my first visit and the staff here were very professional and kind. I want to thank Gary and Scott for your swift and professional service. They were beyond Knowledgeable and got my car fixed within an hour. The center was also very clean and had lots of snacks to choose from. Thank you Subaru!!

Brought it in because of battery drain issue that I realized through an article, have had the issue for years but know one at the dealership told me this could be the issue (even though there’s a class action suit). Issue was diagnosed and fixed. I asked them to also have a dent looked at by their contractor and they forgot. Now I have to bring it back to get a quote ?

Piazza Subaru of Limerick (much like my experience at Piazza Honda), was again a seamless buying experience. They aided me in trading in my lease from another brand, set the favorable pricing terms for my Outback Wilderness, and progressed me through the paperwork quickly (in time for my upcoming teleconference). We had an ongoing issue with one of our cars for over a year. Piazza subaru step up and took care of us. (( I Took my car to 3 different subaru dealerships))There Service department treating me like a regular customer. I would recommend their service department or their dealership for a car

I was very pleased with the assistance Tom (sales) and Greg (management) during my selection and buying process of the Crosstrek. Also, Peter did an excellent job in explaining all of the electronics that are in the car, first on the day I picked up the car and then again on my follow-up visit. Recently needed to have a warranty repair on my new to me 2022 Outback. My research for a nearby Subaru dealer led me to Piazza in Limerick. Easily booked an appointment for the next day to wait
for a check engine light diagnosis.
At the service counter met Ben, efficient and courteous Ben who quickly completed necessary paperwork and got me situated in the waiting room. A short time later Ben provided me a loaner so I wouldn't have to miss my physical therapy session. While at my appointment I got voice mail that the outback was ready and was given options for pickup. Upon return exchanged keys, signed warranty repair invoice and said a heartfelt thank you and shook the hand of my absolute favorite service advisor. Ben DiDomenick at Piazza Subaru. A first rate dealer in every way. I highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Those at the service desk are knowledgeable about the services provided, and honest about what needs to be repaired or not. Very happy to keep going to them for car care!

1. Service is not great at this dealership. Worked with Dan (service manager) and Will was a our service Technician. Would not recommend either of these folks.
They lied about doing work that they never did. Car went in the shop to replace the Rollershade. We requested the old parts back. The part given back to us was the new Rollershade. Dealership denies any wrong doing. Obvious the old part is still installed in the car and the new part was returned to us. Contacted Subaru Corporate and was compensated to have work redone. Took to a different dealership as we can't trust these guys. Corporate Subaru paid these guys to do warranty work that they never did. Such a corrupt system and ethics is an issue at this shop.
2. Our car was damaged in their lot and they paid for a body shop to make repairs to our new vehicle. Our new car will never be 100% again. Who wants a new car that needs body work due to the dealerships fualtyness. All of this avoidable and as I said I should of been the first one to put a dent in this car not the irresponsible workers at the dealership.
3. Communication Issues. Will in service in particular never follows up or follow through on service with our vehicle. He was supposed to call us when parts where in for our vehicle, never did. We would have to call and hunt him down weeks at a time. Nonresponse to our messages many times.
My advice is go to another dealership and avoid at all costs if you want honest people working on your vehicle and trust knowing your vehicle is in good hands. We learned the hard way and hope to save someone else this heart ache.
