I had an outstanding experience working with Brandon Daub! From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to all of my questions. He went above and beyond and walked me through every aspect of the proceed.
What really stood out to me was his honesty and transparency—there were no surprises, and he took the time to explain everything in detail. Just bought a new car from them and what a great experience! I was coming from out of state. The whole experience end to end was seamless. I was unable to take calls during the work day but they were able to keep 90% of the communication over text message which made it very convenient for me. They had a low-nationwide-stock 2025 model car that was already priced right such that I was able to skip on hard negotiations. They appraised my trade-in VERY fairly and explained the appraisal reasoning very well. I came from out of state so they handled all the complications there no problem such that it was a very quick experience at the dealership with Anthony. Really enjoyed working with them!

I highly recommend working with Brandon Daub at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown. Throughout the car buying process, Brandon was never pushy, and made you feel as though you had his undivided attention at all times. He was extremely responsive via text and answered all of my annoying questions without a second thought. Brandon lets you take the lead during the tours, and connects with you, making the entire process smooth, seamless, and comfortable.

My Hyundai Sonata 2018 needs to replace the whole engine, and its been take care really well. It still under warranty as 90 K milage. And, they provided me with Hyundai Tucson 2024 for free for 2-3 weeks. Thanks for Mike, service dept who keep me informed and taking care my car. Pulsing transmission.
Alignment tire wear issues.

Alignment: tire wear worse and different then before adjustments were made. Told its in factory specs.
Continued Transmission surging issue 23 SantaFe.
Was told they would do an air bleed in an attempt to try to resolve. 1st air purge( less then 10k miles) worked for less then 10 miles and problem came back.
AIR LAEK OR HIGH PRESSURE PUMP ISSUE INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION!!
Love the vehicle just could get satisfactory service.
Can't wait to TRY to use the $$$ extended warranty that uI purchased.
Oh well.
Can't ask someone to better than their best !!
GREAT Product.
Just trry another dealership.

Great dealership delivering a pain free experience. We worked with Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable and knew when to give us extra space to explore the car on our own. Negotiations were painless and we quickly reached a great price point (no spending hours haggling over every penny). Also, he broke down all the financial details and provided clear explanations to our questions. We never felt like we were speaking with a 'salesman' but rather just having regular conversations.

Had an emergency maintenance need with our trunk not closing and couldn’t find someone to quickly take a look, Donna was kind enough to give us some direction when we called in and Jason was able to give us a temporary solution when we arrived which was exactly what we needed to get by, he then ordered the part we needed and we were on our way. Just leased a ‘24 Elantra SEL. Everyone was pleasant to work with and made the process very quick. I did everything online on my own, then visited the dealership to get an appraisal on my trade in. Scheduled delivery for two days later and I was in the dealership for a total of 1 hour both visits. Professional staff and very welcoming!
