I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).

Friendly, fast, courteous, honest and I was offered a complimentary car wash. I got my oil changed and a battery for my key fob and it was under $40, but I did have a coupon. I’ll definitely be returning for future service. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off. The staff are professional and friendly. I’ll add that they had a nice waiting area too.

The employees of this dealership were very friendly and helpful. I could tell that they were all involved in making our experience of purchasing a new car an enjoyable one. Tracy, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and was instrumental in helping us make our decision.

I took my Rogue in for a recall fix. Jim not only took care to have it done (in a timely fashion) while I waited (in a comfortable sitting area), but they washed it, too! Additionally, my husband's key fob wasn't working and Jim took the time to fix that! I was very pleased with the service I received ?

Our first visit to Limerick Nissan was for a Nissan recall. From the initial phone call for an appointment to leaving after service everyone was pleasant, efficient and professional. Not once were we pressured to buy or have additional service done. Overall it was a very good experience that I will feel comfortable passing on to others.

We had an excellent car buying experience at Nissan Limerick. From the initial phone call with questions, the experience was pleasant and seamless. Moses was knowledgeable and so helpful. John in financing went above and beyond to offer us the best deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was in need of four tires and called around for estimates. Nissan had a coupon and a buy 3 get one free deal listed online. Normally I would stay away from service at a dealership but they were the same price as my mechanic and Costco ! I was pleasantly surprised. Steve and company were great to hand my car off to.

From A-to-Z, we were met by women and men who were knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars, and the services associated with the car buying process . We were greeted, taken care of in a timely manner, and treated with kindness and respect. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Customer service does not stop when you walk out the door. The team over at Limerick Nissan were, and are, fantastic to work with.

All I got was a lot of promises, but all I got was ripped off, I will never go there again or recommend anybody to go there. Do not buy the extended warranty. You trade in your car worth $4,000, and the car still the same price not $4,000 off. They promise you free or two oil changes, don't even call you to let you know that you're due for an oil change. Be aware do not go, not worth it.!

I definitely had a great car buying experience here. Moses Ajayi was my salesman and he was very though on explaining everything I needed to know about my car. I will definitely be returning here in the future! Everyone was so nice and I was extremely happy. They made car buying so easy.

After searching online I found the car I wanted available at this dealer. I went in knowing what I wanted and was able to do a test drive, paperwork and leave with the car within 2.5 hours (they didn’t rush me, I had another appt). I worked with Damon and he was such a vibe, pleasant and upbeat and we had a good time. He respected my prior knowledge and didn't push anything. They also worked with me on financing in a way that I wanted. Highly recommend this location and especially Damon.

I had a great buying experience. Matt was very helpful, he showed me the cars I wanted to see and made recommendations to fit what I was looking for. Ryan was very helpful with the financial part. I am happy with the car I bought and I was surprised on how fast I was in and out of the dealership.

Nissan 422 is so accommodating and professional. I got my vehicle in when it worked best for me and they were efficient in getting it back to me. They addressed my concerns and didn't over sell me on anything.

Nissan service needs to openly tell consumer price. They did not so they got $55 to install an air filter , I will not return for this ever again. Tire rotation was over priced. I love the idea of being guided to the cashier without being told about the price. Classy move on your behalf. Will not be returning again ever. Enjoy the extra cash you got for me you will not get it again.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would so a car was being financed through them and they saw a young person with GOOD credit and took advantage of them and completely guided them in the wrong direction when it wasn't what they wanted at all so to start they gave $500 for a perfectly clean car that was worth $3,500 which was the first red flag when I heard plus the car off the lot was 22,000 for like 7 years so it's 400 a month and it's an2017 Nissan... for that they could have a brand new Benz and I'm still waiting for Nissan to give the other $3,000 to take off the $22,000 total because it's only fair that's what the cars value on Kelly blue book was if we aren't going by that anymore they shouldn't have valued the car Nissan at 22,000 right? Scam artists man they care about one thing... their pay check not helping you find the car for you not helping you find out your options and helping educate someone in asking guidance when taking this big first step. It's sad. Way to fuck someone over! Because who in their right mind would get into a car like that ?! And get ripped off $3,000
