“(Former CVS customer) I went in to CVS before using this Walgreens today for a flu shot and was given quite a hard time about recieving one today. So, I went down the street to Walgreens. I walked in the door and IMMEDIATELY was asked if I would like a flu shot. I filled out my forms and got the shot. Thanks Walgreens. This LONG time CVS client is done with them. I will be transferring ALL my pharmaceutical needs from CVS to you.”

“I just got my first Covid vaccine here at Rite Aid. They were amazing!!!! We just barely got there due to a snow storm and they treated me so kindly. It was fast and painless!!! More importantly, they are working hard to help us all with this pandemic. Thanks Rite Aid!”

“This one of the cleaner, better stocked stores in the area. Diana at the self check out is wonderful! The rotisserie is always stocked and I've always been able to get in the store, make my purchase and get right out.”

“This particular Redner's in Boyertown on County Line Rd. is Outstanding. Always product in Stock; the Shelves are ALWAYS Stocked; and the floors there are so clean; you could practically eat off of the floor; although i wouldn't try that. Customer Service is always on the ball with any request you might have. All in all; a great Supermarket.”

“You just have to go to the point of sale on the right side of the exit door. If you are going to pick up a shipment, remember to bring the confirmation number that is on the deposit receipt. Excellent service.”

“(Disclaimer: I work at this store and have for a year, I do not speak for the company or brand. However most of the people in this store and atmosphere is the best I have ever worked with)Now while a lot of people don't see this as a great place most of those people don't understand the inner workings of a grocery store1) people complain about the deli but are wrong about how it is handled. Just because you are standing there doesn't mean you are next, the you fall in line with the kiosk orders as if those people were standing there too.2) there is not always someone at the beer garden register because they are in charge of stocking the department too. Therefor they have to run to the back and prepare stock so there are things to buy in between customers. Also it is a beer garden/ eatery register they are not held responsible for checking everything out, even though they will do 8 items or less. 3) shelves and tags are done as fast as they can but not everyone can do them and tags can only be put out when the price is changed in the system. If something doesn't have a tag on the shelf the tag may have been pulled because it is wrong and the store does not want to mislead you. The new tag can't be put up until the price is fixed which is done by certain people. 4)I saw some people complaining about the sushi on here and that is actually out sourced the sushi is not handled by giant employees or the store but rather a company who comes in to do it.5) while the customer service is not ideal and a lot of the employees are slackers, there are still good employees and we are trying to make the experience better everyday. A lot of the employees are college or high school students and rather than fire them or yell at them we would rather talk to them so they can help make the experience better and learn from it.*we at giant are trying to make a great experience for everyone who steps into our store on a daily basis. We provide clean carts and sanitizing wipes as soon as you come in the doors. We have a kids station with crayons and coloring pages, they can get a lollipop from the desk. And we are trying our best to keep shelves stocked and the store running smoothly so the community can come in and be able to have an amazing experience in this giant stores and want to come back.”
