While on vacation in my hometown of Pottstown, I had a problem with my hearing aide. The staff at the office was able to fit me in to be seen. They were very friendly, treating me like family. Thank you Marina (?) & GiGi(?) for your help. (I hope I remembered your names correctly). I highly recommend this office.

At first I didn't like the concept of hearing aids as a service but after seeing my 90 year old Mom and her regular appointments I can understand how helpful it is for her especially. I'm now a convert.

The staff were very polite and patient with my many questions. I was taken back almost right away. I would definitely recommend this Miracle Ear location!!
