They were very helpful with assisting with our needs. They are very thorough, understanding, and listen to your personal situations and accommodate them very well. They don't rush you. They will go at your pace. Ed Kramer was very pleasant and very helpful taking care of everything for us. My grandparents are there. My parents are there. And we will be there.

My parents pre-purchased their crypt and two chapel services. Because they had made those selections and had paid in full, the Limerick Garden part of the process was one of the easier aspects of the funeral planning for my dad. I was very pleased with all aspects of working with Dave at Limerick Garden. He was responsive and accessible. He and the funeral home director coordinated everything extremely well. He helped me order Army Air Corps medallions for my dad as well. My aunt and uncle also chose Limerick Garden of Memories as their final resting place.

Dave was so, so great with helping me. It wasn't hard at all. He even took me out to show me our spot. He took the time that I needed to answer all my questions. I would recommend Dave at Limerick Gardens of Memories to everyone. Best experience for sure. Thank you, Dave.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because they seem to keep the area clean, and neat. But as far as "customer service" I'd prefer to give it a black hole over a star.
My mother passed May 2023, and as of Dec 2023 her name had not been put up on the vault of the mausoleum. I would like to point out that she has an INSIDE vault. I waited until after the holidays to call about it. When I finally did I left a message, and it took a week to get a return call. I was apologized to profusely, saying it was an oversight, and be taken care of immediately. Ok, fine these things can happen. Then another month went by, and still nothing. Another phone call, and message left, no return call after almost 2 weeks. A third call was made, and I made it very clear in my message that I was not happy, and I wanted to talk to someone ASAP. I did receive a call the following day with more excuses. Again I expressed my displeasure very firmly, telling the person that what is being done was disrespectful to the deceased as well as the grieving families. I pointed out that after reading other reviews of similar situation I was now speaking for other families they've ignored, and disrespected. Needless to say they probably didn't want to talk to me again so it was handled. Almost a year after her passing!
The sad part is it should not have to reach this point. It's one thing if plaques are being ordered, and taking time to come in from the manufacturer, that part is out of their hands. It's another to glue letters on a vault. When I sat down with them to plan my mom's funeral they made it a point that I needed to pay them that day, and repeated this request a couple times during that meeting until pulled out the checkbook. Even the funeral director sent me an invoice about a week afterwards. Which I felt was being respectful, giving me a little time to feel less overwhelmed.
I would definitely suggest LGM drop the excuses, and work on the customer service, as well as compassion towards the families.

All was good from 2012 to at least 2016. My father had been buried here since 2012 and all thing were great everything was maintained, plaques were clean never had a complaint. But as of most recent years the maintenance has cut back with over grown grass, being told my family can not clean our own plaques off that we have to hire somebody? Are you going to pay for that? Within the most recent months my father's plaques was completely destroyed huge tire tracks dug on top of his grave tire marks and dirt all over his plaques and when brought up to people in the front office my sister was basically brushed off. That is absurd!! The care thisnplace had is gone out the window and I am so disappointed with it.

Never cleaned up the gravesite after my dad’s burial. My mom had to go fill it in with dirt, which is so disrespectful and rude. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for burial services.

Lauren was great to work with and recommended her and Limerick Garden of Memories to all that remarked how well the event was planned and how attractive the garden was and how well it was maintained.

My nanas name engraving is STILL not done, after months of excuses. Please, do not trust these people to take care of your loved ones. This place is an absolute joke.
