Terrible and rude customer service, also doing below par work on clubs and leaving epoxy and sloppy work all over your expensive clubs, I wouldn’t trust them with your clubs go to a bigger well known store

Brought my clubs in for a first time re-grip. Good selection, good price on labor, and ready for pickup in ~2 hours. Bought ‘Align’ grips with the vertical alignment line…and they’re straight with no twisting, pretty darn good for a non-machine install.

Can I give it zero stars? First, let's start with the website. Boasting about 2018 clubs are here! Really? 2018?!? You want people to take you seriously when you've got a website that's 4 years out of date?Now, to my experience today. Got a couple discounted vouchers for simulator time, online reservation system isn't working (HUGE surprise). Listed the hours as 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday. Also on that page it says call to reserve a time or "just walk-in". Called, the guy on the phone opened with "Golf USA". No name, no thanks for calling - nada. Asked if there was time available about 11 - not open until 2. Mentioned the hours on the website and the "just walk-in" statement - said those were store hours, simulators are booked until about 2. Asked about other days - "2".Whoever this guy was he was the most disinterested and useless employee of ANY store or company I've ever spoken with. The reason I bought the vouchers was to get some swings in while my kids are at school and I'm off work - which is between 10am-1pm. The whole purpose of this kind of voucher is to bring in new customers who will then purchase other items in the future. Based on today's experience, IF I'm able to use them before they expire, the chance of them getting any other money from me is highly unlikely (I'd get a refund if I could but it's through a 3rd party so that's not gonna happen).Seriously, show some customer service/people skills - and UPDATE THE WEBSITE!! (really, go find a 12-13 year old who wants some $$ for online gaming - they should be able to knock it off in a couple hours, 3-4 at the most).

Brought my clubs in for a regrip. Repair guy "lost" one of my new grips. Gave him the benefit of the doubt initially but I'm certain I brought it in. Shady, won't be going back again.

Called the shop and asked if they had any used 5 irons. The gentleman who answered said they had several. I then drove 40 minutes and when I arrived, the gentleman behind the desk was watching football on the TV. He got up and walked me to the rack and surprise! They didn't have any! He turned to me and said when he was in the shop last Friday the rack was full. Talk about incompetence. He returned to his desk and continued to watch football. I will never return....

Used the Simulator today for a couple of hours. A great experience! Josh was extremely helpful and gracious. We will go back. I highly recommend . Golf USA also has a terrific selection of all that is golf including a range and club repair.

Great Store, Excellent Selection of Equipment. Friendly Staff and Professional service. Simulators to try out Equipment and have fun with friends all times of the year.

Nice selection of golf equipment. The staff there was very helpful. Bought a new putter grip took my putter with me and they were able to put it on same day.

Had a lesson/club fitting with Lamar today. Completely fixed my iron game, sprayed my 7 iron 75% of the time to 150 yard average. In one hour I was hitting the new 7 iron 185 yards, average spraying was 10% or less. I signed up for three 1 hour lessons for $200. The first session was worth $200...Lamar is my game savior

I just finished a series of 3 lessons with Lamar Saxon, who I know from Bella Vista. Lamar was very respectful of my current skill level and habits, and was careful to keep the good, but improve on my faults. By working on setup and shortening my backswing, I now have laser like aim with my irons, my fairway woods are much more predictable, and my driver is more predictable. The spread in each club is cut by about 3/4, and I'm getting the distance I was getting 10 years ago. I can hardly believe the results!
