Thank You to Briana at CVS on Kugler Road, Limerick My dad’s family doctor ordered my dad a new diabetic glucose meter, 90 day supply of test strips for it and lancets. When I checked the prices on the cvs app it was over $200 just for the test strips I called the store to makes sure that this was run through the insurance. The pharmacist told me that yes, this was through the insurance and is normal. Fast forward to today, we use the drive thru and are blessed with Briana who looked at the price and was shocked how expensive it was. She took the extra step and asked if my dad has both Part A and B with Medicare (which he does) and she asked us to give her a minute. She came back and had us sign some papers but we got the test strips for $9.98. Had it not being for her going the extra mile we would’ve paid over $200 for those same test strips. Give this girl a raise !

I was prescribed a new medication and my regular CVS said they were out of stock so they looked up which nearby stores had it. That lead me to CVS on Kugler Rd. I wasn’t feeling well so my husband went to pick it up for me. When he got there he gave my name and birthdate to the pharmacist and she said “I don’t have anything for her without even checking the system”. So my husband ask her if she could check the computer first before making that decision. That was when she said “Ok, I’ll fill it now drive around and it will be ready in ten minutes “. At that time she called me at home and said she did not have the script in stock and would have to order it. What she had was a similar medicine but, that wasn’t what my doctor prescribed. She said to check back in a couple of days. When I did check back it was with my regular pharmacist and he said something was wrong. So he called them and the they told him they found the medicine and would fill it. Shortly after I get a text saying they are out of stock again. So, I call and the pharmacist tells me that she will have to order the prescription and it will take a few days. (Am I in the twilight zone!!!) I tried to refresh her memory and she said, in a dragging couldn’t care less voice, well we don’t have it and if you don’t wait for us to order it you’re order is going to be canceled and you won’t be able to get your script at all so… I told her don’t worry about it I will just go through my regular pharmacy and they will take care of me. This woman and the staff are delusional! I will NEVER go there again!!! I’m just glad that after calling my pharmacist back he was able to take care of it for me after Kugler Rd. showed their lack of compassion for customers.

The people working in the pharmacy are not nice. Customer service is lacking. They will close down on you if you come in ten minutes before their lunch time and tell you to come back hours later. They send texts that say prescriptions are ready, when you get there the drugs are not available. Choose another pharmacy. I'm leaving this one.

If I could give negative stars to this particular pharmacy location, I would do so. Just about all the people that work there are rude and cut you off. There are one or two decent people. They appear overworked and the attitude from poor work conditions is thrown right in the client's face. They are constantly having issues with their software booting Rxs out of the system, especially if it thinks the medication is too expensive. Once they had an issue with their software and accused my daughter of filling the Rx elsewhere and trying to double fill the Rx. Get more help in the pharmacy and maybe your people won't have such poor attitudes. As for me, I have finally had it and will be taking my business elsewhere, so I can be treated like a human being.

This is the worst pharmacy! I have been going there for years and their service is horrendous. I have transferred all my prescriptions!

Probably the most incompetent, under educated, miserable people I’ve sadly ever had to encounter . The pharmacist told me “cool story “ over the phone when explaining what was going on with my insurance … I’m guessing he hasn’t gotten laid in a while . Go somewhere else please lol

I went in for my COVID booster and I forgot my card to which this man...maybe the pharmacist (white, bald, 50s, wish I caught his name) was extremely rude and condescending saying that people "have one job to bring the card." Thankfully I have electronic copy of it so I could give him the dates. I offered to go home and grab it as I literally live 3 minutes away and was met with silence. It obviously wasn't that big of a deal because we were still able to proceed. He gave me another card before the shot and remarked, "here's your card for you to forget for your next appointment." I wanted to be rude back but I don't mess with people who are putting sharp implements in my body. So I just sat there and thanked him and got out of there ASAP.I've never had an issue with my medication or the rest of the staff. This was absolutely egregious behavior. I can understand having a bad day but don't take it out on patients, especially ones that don't talk back or disrespect you even when you're being disrespectful. Before someone comes at me for being a "Karen", I've worked 10+ years in horrible customer service jobs being berated on a daily basis so I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. And I've worked 5+ years dealing with patients, doctors and other medical professionals in a customer service/clerical setting so I understand the frustration of incorrectly filled out and/or forgotten paperwork, dealing with angry patients and doctors with a god complex. This "professional" needs at least a formal reprimand for his file. I do take the blame for being a scatterbrain and forgetting my card but I knew the dates of my shots, could go get the card in a timely manner if needed and didn't mind going back. A passing passive aggressive comment I can deal with but the fact that he continually harped and complained about it the entire time I was there was the final straw for me. I hope this man-child will be reprimanded for his mantrum and has the day he deserves. Do better.

This store is out to rob all its customers blind. They now charge an 11% fee just for the privilege of buying a gift card there. All of their merchandise is absurdly overpriced and you would be far better giving your business to another pharmacy. Managerial staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful too. I think they purposefully hire the dumbest people they can find. Horrible.

I checked on line for the price of cvs saw palmetto vitamins and it was listed as BOGO for $22.99, when I went to purchase these at the store I paid $27.99. I don’t understand the $5 difference. I was very disappointed!!

Placed an order to refill...never received a call telling me they didn't have ozempic in stock. Been using this CVS for several years I take ozempic once a week insulin shot, renewed each month, you would think they be able to identify their clients needing there prescriptions monthly. Well they don't, I lost a week of taking my TYPE II medication
