If I could give negative stars to this particular pharmacy location, I would do so. Just about all the people that work there are rude and cut you off. There are one or two decent people. They appear overworked and the attitude from poor work conditions is thrown right in the client's face. They are constantly having issues with their software booting Rxs out of the system, especially if it thinks the medication is too expensive. Once they had an issue with their software and accused my daughter of filling the Rx elsewhere and trying to double fill the Rx. Get more help in the pharmacy and maybe your people won't have such poor attitudes. As for me, I have finally had it and will be taking my business elsewhere, so I can be treated like a human being.

Pharmacy and App are not in sync. App texts prescription is ready but Pharmacy didn't even have the medication in stock. Generic blood pressure medication not in stock... seriously, worst Pharmacy around.

This review is for the Pharmacy only. We moved to the area and this location is legitimately 5 min from our home so it was a no-brainer to use it for all of our prescrtiptions. After probably 9-10 occasions of using their pharmacy, I have never had a single time where my prescription was filled correctly and/or on time. On several occasions, I have been told my prescription was ready for pick up, only to go there and have them tell me not only was it not filled, but they did not have that particular medication in stock. When I asked what should/could be done (it is a daily medication I have to take to treat a chronic condition) they just sort of threw their hands up and offered to give me enough for three days. When I asked (1) why didn't someone call to tell me that they could not fill it and (2) could it be transferred to another CVS in the area that may have that med on hand, the tech (who I think was also the pharmacy manager) just seemed to get really annoyed with me, and only said they thought they would get it in later that week. After this last refill, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy -- unless you absolutely have to use this location, would reccomend finding a different CVS or other pharmacy alltogether.

I'm currently on hold, and have been on hold for 25 minutes. I called to ask a simple question about reload prices and was transferred to the store manager Kurt. When i asked my question he sighed and said "let me check" with way too much attitude. I now have been sitting on hold for 25 minutes and I assume Kurt put me on hold in hopes I would just hang up. What GREAT customer service from a store manager...
